Newly Renovated! - Classy Downstairs Flat

This stylish flat is perfect for anyone looking to be within .5 miles of Downtown Salem and RiverFront Park, .25 mile from the State Capital Building and Saturday Markets, and 1.2 miles from Salem Hospital.
The space is 852 sqft, and thoughtfully renovated with care and intention to create a high-end experience to enjoy while visiting Oregon. Everything is brand new including a "Casper" Memory Foam mattress, LG Washer and Dryer, stainless appliances, and furniture. gigabit WiFi, and workspace.

I live in the home next door and always give total privacy to guests so they can peacefully enjoy on their own accord. However, I will always make myself available for any questions or special requests.

The Grant Neighborhood has many 100+-year-old homes and its a short walk to the State Capital Building and Saturday Market. There is also a tennis court right across the street!

The Bus Route runs at Capital Street just one block away, UBER and LIFT are available at all times. The Amtrak Train Station is 2 miles away from this property.
When arriving, The driveway is available for parking and is first come first serve. If you need to park on the street during business hours there is a guest parking pass near the entryway table to use. *Please remember to return it back where you got it before you depart!

The WiFi is available when you are ready and details will be sent to you. Thermostat is available in foyer for you to set to whatever temp you are comfortable with. Please be courteous if windows and doors are open and mindful of energy is being wasted for heating or cooling.

The place was very clean and had that new inside feel to it. It had everything inside that was needed. The host was great with communication and very welcoming. The pool was great. It was nice to have access to a firepit and a bbq. I will be staying at this location again in the future.

We loved our stay here and absolutely would come back if we are in the area again. It was exactly as advertised in the photos and Michael was very prompt with replying. Wonderful place!!

Comfortable & Convenient

We enjoyed our stay. This place is located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. It is in a great location— near downtown Salem but far enough away. The unit is new & clean. Michael had provided laundry detergent, soap, and lots of those little things. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen is equipped to easily do so. Parking was available in the driveway, but street parking wouldn’t have been a problem. Highly recommend!

Nice but upstairs unit is noisy

The decor and amenities are excellent. However there is no control over the sounds that come from the unit above. Hardwood floors and no rugs and you can hear every footstep, chair movement, etc. and There were tenants up and about at all hours and I did not sleep well every night and checked out a day early. Renter beware if considering the lower unit. The train nearby was nothing compared to the noise from above.

Clean, modern, and comfortable place

New, very clean, and private. The house is simply decorated and comfortable. It adjoins to other units, but we didn’t hear any noise next door or upstairs. It’s a great location, close to downtown Salem. Michael responded quickly to messages and made sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again!

Perfect stay and location!

My husband and I were there for the Salem 70.3 race. This place was a perfect location, 5 mins from the race, and near many good restaurants. It was tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, and had everything necessary. I would stay again if/when we return to Salem

this is a great place to stay

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The flowers outside the front porch were glorious. the pool was clean and tucked in the back for privacy. Met the "handy man" He was friendly and working on the yard to keep it looking tidy. Parking was no problem. The washer and dryer were useful and new. I am planning to make regular trips back to Salem and will certainly rent here again.

Wonderful Experience

This VRBO is close to many store options. It is only about 30 minutes from Silver Falls State Park (which is why we came to OR). The property manager lives right next door. He was very friendly and willing to help with anything. The bed was comfortable, and the space was newly renovated. The kitchen has some good basics. There are dollar stores and grocery stores all around for any needed supplies. I have a lot of food allergies and I had a lot of options with grocery stores. There were clear check-in and out instructions and the wifi PW was provided. There is a train right by the VRBO but it really was not very noticeable. The train did not blow its horn. The unit we stayed in did have another VRBO above us on the second floor. We could hear walking and water running and such. We never heard voices, a TV, or music. I definitely recommend this VRBO!

Great neighborhood location

We enjoyed the walk-ability of this location. The flat was beautifully updated and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cool off in the shared pool after a long day of hiking nearby. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. We loved the Saturday Salem Farmers Market and Silver Falls State Park.
