Rules and other things of note. All TVs are Wifi enabled - bring your Netflix & Hulu logins! No outside music or loud noise after 10 pm out of respect to our kind, full time resident neighbors. Our house is on septic, only flush toilet paper and natural waste. No pets allowed and no smoking (of any kind) inside or outside, or you will forfeit your deposit to cover the additional cleaning fee.

From beginning to end it was a very pleasant stay. Check in process was smooth and effortless. The house is very spacious and very welcoming. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Loved the decor. Really liked that house was furnished with lots of towels. The deer on the lawn in the early mornings and early evenings were a bonus. Great location. Not too far from town and vineyards. Would definitely stay again.

Birthday Celebration

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful ranch in Fredericksburg! The home was spotless, nicely decorated, and nestled in a peaceful setting that made it the perfect escape. Jess, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish—truly one of the best hosts we've encountered. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. My friends and I had such a great time, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Great hill country get away.

This property was very nice and well laid out. Perfect location for our family to enjoy and celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the house was spacious for all 8 of us.

Great Property, Even Better Managers

This property was exactly what we needed. It is clean, fun, and feels so peaceful. Above all, the property management was fantastic!! They communicated with me when needed, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and handled the one small issue we had very quickly. Would definitely recommend. We have rented it for another week already!!

Great Time Was Had!!!

We had a fantastic time at this property, and Jess, the hostess, was wonderful—extremely responsive and attentive. We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 65th birthday with family and friends, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s conveniently close to downtown Fredericksburg and several nearby wineries, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The pool was a pleasant surprise—larger and cleaner than we expected. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay!

The perfect little getaway!

This was exactly what we wanted. A relaxing space to unwind for a little bit. The location provided lots of entertainment simply watching the wildlife. Floating around the pool was wonderful. Although this property is a short two hours from home, it felt miles and miles away. We would definitely come back!

Great family stay at 5-acre Texas ranch

Overall, we had a great family vacation stay for 6 adults and 3 kids. Rural property just north of a famous Texas town. See whitetail deer every day. The pool is great for the kids. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong table and the adults the TV in the rooms. Kitchen accommodates meals for a full family. And the charcoal grill is good for outdoor cooked meals. It has a firebox to add wood for a smoked flavor. Over the week we did the following: a. The Alamo and Riverwalk, b. Enchanted Rock Park, c. Shopping in Fredericksburg, d. Fishing & Swimming at Blanco State Park, e. Natural Bridge Caverns, f. We ate at Cooper’s BBQ in Llano and The Rathskeller in Fredericksburg, g. Nimitz Museum and Pacific War Display, h. Used the BBQ for two dinners, i. Shopped many in town stores and j. Ended the week at Fredericksburg Trade Days all morning. During this week, we swam every day except one in the pool. 7/20/2024.

27th anniversary

We had a great time at the house for a long weekend. Five couples thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, secluded environment for games and fun. Such a great house when you have a large crowd.

Eclipse viewing

My family and I stayed at Jess's property for four nights for a mini-vacation and eclipse viewing. The property is amazing: immaculate, well-appointed, and lovingly cared for. In particular, we were impressed with the high quality of the mattresses, sheets, and towels. Not to mention the pool towels ... My grandkids had a blast swimming in the pool. Everything was as described on-line and even better. All the instructions were detailed and clear. Jess always got back to me within 10 minutes or less. She is a gracious hostess and I hope to be back. Thank you again, Jess!

Girls Trip 2023

This property was exactly what we wanted!! Easy to get to, close to town, secluded, clean, spacious, and the pool was perfect! The main house is open with lots of natural light. The bedrooms all big and roomy with a king sized bed in each! There is also a guest house with 2 double beds and 1 queen and a full bath, but so close, all under one roof with easy access to main house and pool. The house had a few pool toys, but if you're planning on making that you purpose you may want to bring your own. Watching the deer in backyard went great with our morning coffee. The night swims were fun! We felt very safe. The kitchen utensils were there, but if your planning on cooking you ight bring what you need. There were 2 coffee makers (Keurig and 12 cup pot) both worked great. We had plenty of bath towels and pool towels to accommodate the 8 of us. Internet was spotty in the guest house, but not worth complaining about as we were there for fun and fellowship trying to stay "unplugged". I highly recommend this place for a large family, girls trip or couples retreat, it was a wonderful place to spend a few days and very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood~ Our hostess Jess was very accommodating and responsive to our communication. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Fredericksburg!

Beautiful peaceful getaway!

I came here with some friends from college and had the most amazing stay! So close to all the wineries and town. The outside area and pool were even better than the pictures and we had a beautiful dinner outside one night. Love this house and host was very responsive and made for such an easy weekend trip!
