Fantastic location! Broad ocean views and on the beach side of the road (rare in Kihei). Steps from the surf. Nice functional kitchen and family room. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai for breakfast and sunset. You can walk to tons of shops and restaurants. If you like to stay somewhere that is in the community and walkable instead of a mega-development, this is a top pick. When we are able to get back to Maui, we will stay again.

Great Time in Kihei

Incredible place, incredible location! We were in Kihei as part of a larger group celebrating my brother getting married (family members stayed in 8 of the remaining 11 locations at this site}. We all had a blast. Hosts were quickly responsive when I had questions. The beach is right outside and the condo was nice and comfortable. Would definitely return in the future.

Wonderful! Amazing condo! Great location-we loved being in the end unit just steps to the beach. Sitting on the lanai watching whales breaching and then the breathtaking sunsets. Very well appointed and very comfortable. It was great having soaps and shampoo available and everything you need for the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Our kind of heaven

For us, this is the perfect Hawaii home!A newly renovated and clean space with all the modern conveniences, (the A/C in particular was appreciated! IYKYK). We could easily walk to all the local Kihei joints, and of course, THAT VIEW! That daily BEACH access?! Are you kidding!? The hosts are proactive communicators and always immediately responsive, which is so nice. The building is quiet and well cared for.We have stayed in other short term rentals on Maui, and this one by far, is our favorite.We are already planning our return. Mahalo and enjoy.

Excellent Location - Amenities Could Use Some Help

This condo in Kihei was in a wonderful location with easy access to Charley Young Beach. The property had an outdoor shower off the beach which was convenient for rinsing after playing in the ocean and on the beach. The place was clean and modern and a good fit for 3 adults and a toddler. My only complaints are that the stove had a broken knob, the dishwasher kept sending coffee grounds all over our clean dishes (we did not put coffee grounds in the dishwasher), and the provided beach chairs and toys were mostly broken. A refresh on the chairs and toys would be a big upgrade, and some included boogie boards.The complex does not have a pool like other nearby complexes. Washer and dryer are included in the unit.

The condo is very quiet and peaceful, only 12 units. There is a gate to get to the beach which is mere steps away! It is well equipped although I feel they like there needs to be some Tupperware to store leftovers ( first world problems). I would’ve liked to have actual terry cloth beach towels provided, esp at this price point ( they provide ‘towels’ which are several layers of sheet material thick and while ok for wiping off not what I was expecting). I loved the location; there is only one parking spot, so we ended up parking our second car in the hotel parking lot across the street. They provide two coolers and plenty of beach chairs/toys. The property management team is very responsive, but their responses are AI generated, so they sound somewhat generic and formulaic. ( just something I noticed). Also, everything is posted clearly in the condo, so don’t be like me and ask for the gate code when it is labeled on the back of the front door! The sofa bed was difficult to extend and needs to be jerked up to get it all the way out. I told management this so they are aware. Overall I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! I loved every minute of my stay and would highly recommend!! Very peaceful and the beach wasn’t packed.
