Spectacular Penthouse3 Bedroom at Portofino

This wonderful Penthouse is located in Tower 5on the 21st floor and overlooks the stunning Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico. The water views from all floor to ceiling windows are spectacular.
This condo is your ultimate vacation escape. This condo has 100 hundred square feet of living space, with 2 full bedrooms and a study with a sofa sleeper, which is used as a 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms and study/3rd bedroom have their own attached bathrooms. There is also a half bath in hallway close to the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a large walk in closet. It also has a patio door that opens directly onto the balcony with fantastic views. The master bathroom has her and her sinks, a jetted whirlpool tub, and a separate shower.
The second bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom/study has a couch with a pull out sofa sleeper. Both spaces have amazing, beautiful water views. The kitchen has high grade walnut cabinetry, high end appliances and most everything needed to create a special meal.
Escape to your outdoor balcony and use the electric grill while enjoying the inspiring sites and sounds of the beautiful Gulf and Sound.

Spacious penthouse and view

I had not expected this to be so spacious and a penthouse. The balcony and expansive window views were the highlight. The elevators were fast so no hassle to be so high. There were a few minor flaws but still a special treat to stay in.

Amazing stay!!

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay. It was so spacious and clean, and perfect for a big group of adults. The bedrooms had great views and the beds were comfortable. The pull out couch area was private and perfect for a single person (and could probably be perfectly comfortable for a couple). The multitude of bathrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy, and the full kitchen came in handy. Would love to stay here again.

Unforgettable Stay with Breathtaking Views!

This condo was absolutely amazing! The view alone is worth it – absolutely breathtaking and perfect for relaxing or snapping some great photos.If you’re booking, do yourself a favor and get the Extreme Package! It’s worth every single penny. Between the dolphin tours and the jet skis, we more than got our money’s worth. It made our trip so much more fun and memorable.Kathy was wonderful to work with – super responsive and accommodating. We arrived a bit early and she graciously let us check in before the 4 PM time, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice

I have stayed in several of the regular size units, this is the first in a penthouse. The view is amazing, 10 out of 10. Communication with the owner, great! Very responsive. But to be a penthouse it was a little outdated. The tv had a big purple spot in the middle of it, the icemaker didn't work, the only two measuring cups are glass and stuck together. The third bedroom may work for kids who don't need a real mattress but it is a foldout couch that is not thick or comfy at all. No beach chairs or towels come with the unit like have with some others. The owner did offer to pay for ice because of the icemaker which was greatly appreciated. I just expected it to be a little more updated and accomodating being a penthouse. And tower 5 is not overly convenient. But if you've never stayed at the Portifino, you will love it! Again, it is a big unit, great for two couples or a family with small kids to use the 3rd bedroom, and a stunning view!!

Beautiful location

Great location. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. Very nice complex. Unit could use some updating but not bad overall. Television kept shutting off or sound was garbled. Eventually it would right itself. Not good during the World Series. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired.

A Hidden Gem on the Beach

This condo is a great place to stay for your trip to Pensacola Beach. I've stayed here twice now in two years, and each time is an absolute treat. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans to make sure you have what you need to cook for your friends and/or family. The beds are comfortable, and the unit is spacious enough to fit everyone for a fun weekend. The views from the balcony are just the cherry on top of this wonderful condo. I highly recommend anyone looking to visit Pensacola stay in this unit - Kathy has always been beyond helpful and accommodating. You won't find a better spot to stay.

Great location and stunning view

Great location and stunning view. Even with less than desirable weather, we were able to enjoy the community’s amenities, especially the indoor pool. We were slightly disappointed with the king bed in the left room. The bed frame was creaky with any movement and was covered with a plastic mattress cover that crinkled as well. The master king bed was fine.

Family Thanksgiving vacation was beautiful on the Gulf. Views are outstanding and the property has much to offer. The unit itself is spaciousness and conducive to family get togethers.

Beautiful view

We’ve stayed at portofino for a few years now and this view was spectacular. The condo had everything and some extras. Rooms were very spacious. Also communication with Kathy was always quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Condo

Our group had an incredible stay here! Portofino has always been a go-to spot for us, and this condo was the best stay yet. Incredible views (spent a lot of time on the balcony), very clean and comfortable, and great communication from the host. Also nice extra little touches, such as a cooler with ice packs for renters to take down to the pool. Would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous and spacious

The Penthouse condo is large and comfortable. The photos don't do justice to the spectacular views of the ocean and bay. The ceilings are high and the place is spacious. Access to pools and easy street cross to the beach.Had a great stay in this beautiful place.

Family Vacation

We loved the location and the overall experience. There are a couple of easy changes that would improve the rental. 1. Clean out the closets. It felt like we were intruding on someone's space. 2. The "fake" plants are not necessary. They made the rental look dated and unclean. Donate them! Thank you.

Unbelievable Room in Pensacola Beach

My friends and I had an amazing time staying in this room at the Portofino. The room had everything we needed, the staff at the resort were kind and professional, and best of all our host went above and beyond to accommodate anything we asked for to make our stay amazing. We already plan to stay here again next year, and I highly suggest that you stay here.

Beautiful resort

We just left Portofino and want to go back! The property is so pretty and well laid out. the water sports, spa, hot tubs, gym, fire pit tables, bar, restaurant/pool food, beach, and our private pool at our tower was everything we needed for a family of 5 with young adults and teens to enjoy our stay. The views from 2104 are amazing! It never got old opening those front doors and looking out at the beautiful water. We all agreed that we would love to go back and stay in the same room again. Kathy was very quick to respond to all of my questions. My only suggestion would be to maybe invest in some new bath towels/linens as they were a bit worn and some discolored. Overall, an amazing resort!

AMAZING!

We vacation several times a year and this is by far the best condo we have ever rented. The location and view are wonderful and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to have a great week. Kathy was great to work with. We would highly recommend renting this condo!
