Nestled away in a serene area, this home sits within three miles of downtown Maggie Valley and approximately one mile from several restaurants, craft shops, and convenience stores. Mountain View Creek Park, just two miles east, is a creekside greenway offering access to Jonathan Creek at two entry points and picnic tables with grills. And Cataloochee Ski Area, only seven miles north, has something for everyone!

Enjoy two well-appointed decks, offering you the chance to observe nature from the comfort of home. The first-floor deck has inviting, colorful rocking chairs and a matching wooden swing. The ground-level deck is lit up, giving it a romantic and relaxing feel, and boasts a comfy lounge area with seating and a patio table.

Inside, the first-floor living room has a large sofa strategically located right in front of a gorgeous rock fireplace and a smart TV with Roku. Make amazing memories and test each other’s musical talents by singing karaoke together, or bond on game night over a selection of board games. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen has all the stainless steel appliances and cookware needed to prepare culinary masterpieces for everyone. The first floor also offers a designated laundry area with a washer/dryer and a quiet den with a smart TV. The lofted living room upstairs is the perfect hangout for a family member who just wants to read a book or take a midday nap.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
