Visiting mom

Two of my brothers and I went to visit our mom in Fort Smith. This house was perfect for us. It was clean and quiet.

Very cozy home!

This home was perfect for our family! I love the vintage decor. Host is very quick to respond to any questions. Home is in a great location and stocked with everything you could need. HoHHHoHoWwervvvvery comfortable.

Awesome home!

This house is great! We had 10 family members and this was great for hosting all of us. Kids were comfortable, adults were able to relax. Overall this was great. Will use again on our next visit.

Wonderful Property!

This lovely home was spotless! It is in an excellent location near the business district, yet in a neighborhood that is tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed a three night stay, along with our small dog. I will note that all bedrooms are located on the upstairs level, so keep that in mind if you struggle with stairs. All bedrooms have a box fan! So nice! We brought ours just in case, but didn't need to. There is a small twin bed in one of the living rooms on the main level, along with the sofa sleeper, I believe, as we did not need either of them. Full size kitchen, with a coffee bar, and laundry room. Excellent property, with nostalgic décor mixed with modern luxury. We absolutely loved this property. FIVE STARS all the way!

Perfect Size!

I was afraid we would have a hard time finding something large enough for our family on short notice coming in from all over the US for our Mom's funeral. This property was perfectly heaven sent. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family. It had everything we needed.

Beautiful home

This is a great home for hanging out with family or friends. The kitchen, living room and dining room are open and accommodate everyone comfortably. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up stairs are cozy. The extra room downstairs is more like a second living space with a couch and very small single bed. It was a great space for my neice’s children to hang out when they visited. Beautiful house…. Great spaces

Perfect Place for Thanksgiving

It was a perfect place for a Thanksgiving feast with family living in the area. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of living and space for playing games cooking a beautiful backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this place.

This home was welcoming and comfortable, good size for a large group. would have liked are larger grill and some outdoor chairs however we enjoyed this home and the neighbors were very nice. the Bunny rabbits and squirrels and birds that came right to glass doors was fun to watch.

Perfect location

We had the best experience with this house.. It was clean located close to everything. The property manager was fantastic. We had a issue with the AC and when I notified them they where right on top of getting it worked on and kept me informed. I will keep this property saved as a favorite for when we go back.
