Nice property that was clean and perfect for our stay. The host went out their way to remove the snow and ice from the driveway before we arrived. The property was as advertised in the rental description. It was perfect for our family's stay and we would return again in the future.

The house we rented in Ft Smith was perfect. There were 5 of us staying there visiting 2 family members. Plenty of space, inside and outside, for us to visit, eat and enjoy ourselves. The rooms were big. Beds were very comfortable. The fenced backyard was an added plus for our midsized dog to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The house is in a great location and we had no trouble finding great restaurants, places of interest and the ARCOM campus. The host, Adele, was quick in responding to our questions. I'm sure we will stay there again! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The fenced in backyard is wonderful for pets!! Very nice, clean house! Literally the only thing we had a problem with is the thermostat. It’s automated & even if you set it where you want, it periodically changes.

Hi thanks for staying. I wish you had messaged us if you felt there weren't enough dishes in the kitchen and we would've taken care of it. Only two people stayed so I am surprised that you felt the dishes weren't enough. The house easily caters to 6-7 people.

This house was perfect for our overnight stay! Exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood too. Communication with host was flawless. Loved the fenced yard and being able to park on the driveway. Strongly recommend!

Convenient and pet friendly

We came to town for a funeral. Place was clean, fenced in and in a nice area. Owner communicated very well and also let us book an extra day last minute due to bad weather. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!

Fort Smith

The house was perfect! It was not far from our friend’s house and we were able to visit. The house had ample kitchen supplies to cook with and amenities that we needed. I would have swept the floor if I could have found a broom. I would recommend this place to any visitors.

Very nice property! The pictures on VRBO look exactly like the house. Large living space. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes. The 2 bathrooms are nice. No complaints. The host responded quickly and was accommodating.

Served it's purpose

Overall our stay was ok, there were some maintenance issues that had to be taken care of & some other small issues of normally provided items not being stocked when we arrived. Our family had a place to sleep for the time we were there.

overall, the stay was good. They should have more towels and hand towels in the bathrooms. Also explain that the front door locks after one minute after you leave or so. Not sure still how that worked. Also a Wi-Fi password would have been nice.

Inside knob on front door not connected properly, hot water knob on sink not functioning. thermostat constantly changing without our input, going up to over 80 during the night. Hot water knob on kitchen sink not working when we arrived, but owner charged our insurance for the knob!
