Built in 2016, the house boasts amazing Lake Michigan views from all floors and easy-access to the neighborhood association's gorgeous beach. With sun in the front yard and a shaded backyard with deck and fire pit area, you can have it anyway you like. Property features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, modern kitchen/dining area and appliances, living room with fireplace, loft office area with desks/monitors, wet bar and seating area, deck with entertainment space and a catwalk leading to an amazing firepit with seating area nestled in the dune.

Bedrooms include: 1 main with private screened porch, bath with soaking tub, shower and double sinks; 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds; and 1 bedroom with queen bed. There's also a loft with a futon sofa with a foam topper for additional sleeping. Sleeps 8-10 which is perfect for family and friends!

My family and I stayed here for a 5-day vacation and had a wonderful time! Beautiful and clean home that was a quick walk to the beach! The beach was beautiful and sandy, and wasn’t crowded when we went! Water is more on the shallow side but beautiful nonetheless! We spent time going to downtown Ludington and visited different local farm markets which were yummy! Also enjoyed a fire pit at the house and ate outside on the deck!Some of us had work to do during the trip and we had no trouble connecting to wifi and using the extra monitors they have - it was very convenient! Rob was a great host, they sent a welcome packet so we felt well informed about the house, beach, and local restaurants. He also mentioned the master bathroom was redone which was beautiful! Overall, definitely would recommend this rental and would love to come back in the future :)

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed. My husband and I needed to work a little while we were there, and we appreciated having monitors to connect our laptops to. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes, even with having several small kids.

Great location, great house!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The location is beautiful and the house is so close to the beach. The outdoor area is so nice and fun. The house itself was clean and had everything you needed including beach chairs we could borrow. The hosts were kind and easy to contact. They provided a lot of information on the area and the house.

A Hidden Gem for the Family

We were incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to spend a week up at Rob’s house this August. This was a 5 star star experience for all 3 generations of our family. The community is small and close knit; a refreshing change of pace compared to some places down the shore. The beach was private, so clean, and plenty of sand bars for little ones. It was a 3 minute walk down from the house to the beach access, which was huge for us. Being in a rural part of Western Michigan, we were pleasantly surprised with all the nearby options for keeping the kids entertained if you need a break from the surf and sand. Country Dairy for ice cream and the Lewis Family Adventure Farm were favorites for our 3 and 1 year old. The house itself is modern, extremely comfortable and well appointed. Rob has great speaker and audio systems throughout the house. The outdoor space was picturesque; a deck with plenty of seating options, gorgeous over head lighting and a wooded walk way lead to a crested sand dune with a fire pit nestled into a wooded area that seems to go on forever. We loved spending our evenings and nights out there, enjoying the cool lake breeze. This space was fantastic for our family who loves to cook; we really enjoyed all the amazing fresh local meat and produce as well as the wealth of unreal baked goods down seemingly any country road we went. Rob was a pleasure to work with and super responsive when booking, leading to our stay, and throughout our week. Just wonderful overall.

What a beautiful beach house!!

We had the best time staying at this property. It is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen for dishes and cooking, amazing outdoor fire pit and back patio, and the beach access is so easy and close! Really great Wi-Fi - the adults all had to work and jump on calls during the stay and we didn’t have any issues at all. Great memories made here, thank you!!
