Latitude Adjustment is the perfect getaway spot for you and your furry friends! Located in Wells, this vacation home is just minutes from Moody Beach, Crescent Beach, and Wells Beach, making it an ideal destination for beach lovers and their pets!

Wells offers a plethora of family-friendly activities, including restaurants, mini golf, shopping, and the famous Scoop Deck for delicious ice cream. With its close proximity to the beaches, Latitude Adjustment ensures that there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

This modern ranch-style home features a beautifully decorated interior with beach decor throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the front porch, soaking in the fresh air. The spacious living room is perfect for the whole family to gather after a day at the beach, while the kitchen with a big picture window allows the family chef to remain part of the action.

The dining room offers plenty of seating for everyone, making it ideal for a Maine lobster bake. Off the kitchen, you'll find a convenient washer and dryer. Down the hall, there is a charming queen bedroom, another full bathroom, and a full bunk bed under a twin.

A surprise awaits you off the bunk room - a sunroom with thermal shades for extra privacy and temperature control. This room can also double as an additional living room with a TV. At the end of the hall is the primary ensuite, featuring a king-size bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower combination.

For added entertainment, head to the basement gameroom, equipped with Foosball, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, Air Hockey, and a putting game. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation in Wells is at Latitude Adjustment!

Step out to the back yard and enjoy the newly fenced-in backyard and patio area for outdoor fun with your pets.

Sleeping arrangements for 7 guests include a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and a full under twin bunk bed. The house features mini-split AC units in the living room and bedrooms for your comfort. Other amenities include a gas grill, washer/dryer, linens, towels, and parking for 4 cars. Concierge services are also available to enhance your stay.

Wonderful vacation in Wells Beach

House had everything you could want in a vacation home. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was very well equipped. There was something for everyone. Beach was a 3 minute drive and not crowded. I would book next year in a minute but I really need 4 bedrooms .

Maine stay

This property was perfect for our group. Exactly as described, something for everyone. Well stocked and met all our needs. Clean and organized made our vacation w twin toddlers so much easier. The fenced in yard was a bonus for early mornings w our dog. The property managers were top notch! Highly recommend!

Cozy and fun

We definitely appreciate how warm and comfy the house was for everybody. But the kids (big and small) had plenty of fun playing in the basement when it was raining outside.

Nice winter staycation!

Our family of 5 and dog had a great time away here while we had our floors redone! The game room in the basement was a hit as it was very cold the week we stayed here, and this helped keep the kids entertained. I loved the large bathtub and the nice dining room for family meals. I also enjoyed taking the dog for quick walk down to the beach so he could run around - there is also a fenced in yard area which made it convenient for letting him out during the day. We made some great memories in this rental and really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Vacation

It was very nice. Inside and outside property was perfect. Grandkids loved the basement! The site indicated air conditioner would cool the whole house and it only cooled the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms were very warm slerping at night.

Great stay!!

This house had everything you could possibly need and more in a vacation home. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 and the bedrooms were all so comfy and cozy. Probably the best stocked kitchen I have ever been in and the pot and pans were top notch! Aside of the layout it was also very clean and the game room downstairs was a bonus for families with kids. For us being able to bring our pet was what made this trip possible but what really sold us was the fenced in area. Great communication with the staff and would definitely come back in the future!

Great dog friendly house

This ranch was great for us this week, especially with the rain there were plenty of things to do with all the games in the basement. The one AC unit took a while to get the majority of the house cool but all in all it was very comfortable with plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, etc for meals. Thank you!

Wonderful Week on Ocean Ave - Summer 2024

The property itself was beautiful. Not a single complaint. We loved the nautical decor! The proximity to the ocean is a plus! It’s too bad that Moody Beach is so close but yet so inaccessible to those of us who do not own property that abuts the sand. The public access paths to the beach are very misleading. Once you get onto the beach every single house displays signs to keep off their property! Property?? Really?? The SAND is their property?? They haven’t accumulated enough material wealth in this world already? And not for nothing but it’s a long walk to the beach that the rest of us are allowed to use to the south of Moody Beach, which is actually Ogunquit. Otherwise you can try to get a spot in the metered parking lot for the public beach. If you’re an early or late beach goer, not a problem. If you go at 11am…. Good luck! We did a “dump and run” brought the car back to the house and I rode my bike back to the beach. But I have digressed quite a bit from my review of the Latitude Adjustment! Very comfortable, clean, modern, beautifully decorated, home! Our first experience renting via an app! Thank you Salt & Shine team.
