Great restaurants, shopping and the Marginal Way just minutes by foot. Fantastic location and wonderful vacation spot! Two outside patio/decks for resting or people watching.

A wonderful place to stay!

This spacious cottage on Constance Lane was lovely. It’s close to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way, a short walk to the main beach, and close to many restaurants and shops. Our hosts were most accommodating. They were available with any questions we had—and even came by to see us after we settled in. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much, as the backstreets were lovely. And, the sunset from the upper deck at night was amazing!We hope to return next year!Sincerely, Amy and Greg

Excellent location!

The house was clean and comfortable. As long as you are ok with stairs, you'll truly enjoy this wonderful space. We think that Perkin's Cove is by far the best location in Ogunquit. Expect no luxuries, no frills, just the rich experience of your quintessential New England home. We loved it.

Great cottage

This rental property is very well maintained offering three bedrooms and two great decks to enjoy for sunning and dining. Location is fantastic in the midst of Perkins Cove. Easy walk to a couple of our favorite restaurants such as That Place and Barnacle Billy's. We look forward to returning throughout the year.

Best location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Perkins Cove and Ogunquit. Trolley pick up and drop off a block away. Beginning of Marginal way also within a block. Great way to start the day- 1.5 miles along scenic cliff walk one way! Hosts Rick and Boriana very responsive via text. Although there wasn’t much we needed from them. House was clean. Great layout for 5 adults and one dog. Outdoor porches ideal for socializing and painting our doors. We needed extra parking for 1 more car for a couple of nights and they were very helpful with suggestions. Would definitely love to stay here again if we decide to vacation in Ogunquit again.

Fantastic location in quaint village

We had a great stay in this cottage. The photos are fairly accurate, but it wasn't clear to me that there's a dining table outside at the entrance level and then an additional seating area on the 2nd floor, so that was a nice surprise! The kitchen is small, but served our needs just eating breakfast at the house. The location can't be beat - just a few steps from the heart of Perkins Cove, lots of restaurants and cute stores, and the beautiful Marginal Way cliff walk.

Wonderful getaway!

We stayed here for a long weekend in the offseason. It was a great location -- easy walk to downtown and Marginal Way just around back of the house a few blocks. The house was clean and very comfortable. The off-street parking was perfect and the owners were great to work with. We hope to come back again next year!

Clean, with Maine charm and adorable!

This home is such a lovely and quaint place to stay. Clean, with Maine charm and adorable. My wife and I loved the proximity to many restaurants - our favorite being That Place in Ogunquit, owned by Rick and Boriana, owners of the property. On site parking was ideal and since we were so optimally located by Perkins Cove, we barely used our car, choosing to walk everywhere. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderul gem next to Perkins Cove

2nd time we have stayed. Super easy to get in. Ypu can't ask for a better location and two decks to sit on. Great tall ceilings in the living room, small but full featured galley kitchen, and 3 good sized bedrooms. Not very sound proof for my teething 8 month old...but 100% going to stay again next year. But dinners or nights sitting on the covered deck on the patio and quick walks to Perkins Cove/Marginal Way make me want to buy the place!!

Fabulous property and location. Very clean. All amenities available from ac, laundry, iron, games and books, to lobster crackers if you want to enjoy cooked lobster on one of two fantastic decks with views of bustling Shore Road and entrance to iconic Perkins Cove. This property is a five min walk from multiple entrances to the Marginal Way walk along the rocks between Perkins Cove and downtown. It is a 15-20 min walk from Ogunquit Beach. This property ogunquit village market has all provisions to stock the fridge and baking supplies, or simething for one of two grills. is along the trolley route. It is possible to park and walk everywhere. The main living area is extremely comfortable and well laid out and appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and plenty of hot water, water pressure. Really great place to stay. And it is a stones thro from fabulous restaurant that is gluten free friendly called " That Place". Rick and Borianna are very responsive. We had a couple of questions, needed something, they attended/responded away. We will be back!

Charismatic beach cottage

The cottage comfortably accommodated 6 adults— parents and 4 college-age kids. Was very quaint and very comfortably appointed. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen was small but clean and had everything we needed. It’s an old cottage, with some light fixtures that don’t work and no insulation so you hear every step. If you want privacy from kids or fellow traveling partners, this may not be the best for you. But I’d return in a heartbeat.

Ogunquit 2024

Very comfortable house with an open living room, high ceiling and large flat screen tv. It was particularly clean and well stocked but did not have any left over condiments or spices. The bedrooms are small but the mattresses were super comfortable! Some may have issues with the wooden stairs but we're agile seniors. The location of the house is terrific, with and easy walk to Perkins cove, the Marginal way and great restaurants. Plus, the area is residential and very quiet. Rick, the host, was friendly and easily accessible. We've been coming to Ogunquit for many years and this was one of our favorite locations!

Great Location, Great Cottage

Located at entrace to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Place was the perfect size for 4 adults. Outdoor patios were perfect for lounging and hanging out. Beds were comfy and bathrooms and kitchen were clean and supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable 4 night stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great place

Very clean and cute house. Stairs were a little steep...luckily no older or physically challenged people in our group. The location was awesome. Walked the Marginal Way each day and it was conveniently within walking distance to all the downtown Ogunquit fun. I would stay here again!

Amazing Location !!

An absolute amazing location! Morning walks to the marginal way and a short walk to Perkins cove for dinning and shops. We used this as central point to visit both Boston and Central/Northern Maine in our 5 days. Some of the furniture and furnishings are a bit dated, however we did not mind as the location was so perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property and learning to love the village of Ogunquit!

Holiday Getaway

Owners were wonderful to deal with and very informative. Location of property great. The house needs some work. There was a lot of sitting water on first deck we walked onto and the top of one of the post very sharp and jaggerd wood. Second deck entrance through upstairs access through a bedroom all the cushions had been left outside in a rain storm and were soaked. We brought them inside the house and tried to dry but very small area to dry them upstairs. For people that might be a little older and not so sure on their feet at night it is tough to get down 2 steep steps to get from bedroom to bathroom. For 500.00 per night all in I think that down the road it might be worth this but from my stand point it is a work in progress and might be better off for younger family's that can navigate easier around kitchen area and upstairs. We were grateful for the cleanliness of the home and the owners getting right back to us. when they said they would. However it would not be our first choice next time. Bill and Jan
