Beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with private fishing pier.  This gorgeous property is located in a gated complex right in the center of the island. Wake up each morning with spectacular sunrises. Wander the white sandy beaches, lay by the pool or fish off our 800 foot pier. We also have tennis courts if you want to play a game or two.  The property is equipped with inhouse laundry, cable and wi-fi. 

The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk in shower.  The guest room has two new full beds. The guest bath comes with a tub/shower combination. 

For an extra sleeping space the living room sofa converts to queen bed. 

Every inch of this place has been lovingly renovated. The owners have taken pride in this property, and it shows. Come enjoy a few days or spend a week. You will fall in love with the complex and the island!

We came with our three older teenaged sons. This was a perfect location - short walk to the beach and pool with tennis courts. Construction work on the premises did not impact us in any way. Though the temps were up to 97, the cool breezes from the ocean worked perfectly to balance the temps. Waves were perfect - even for little ones - and there's a pier for those who liked to fish. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. There were tennis racquets, sand toys, 3 boogie boards and 5 deck chairs. No umbrella, but there was ample shade beneath the pier for us. Only 40 min from Jacksonville airport (we made a pitstop at Sam's Club close by). Location is close by Walmart and Target, and quite a few restaurants - including one within walking distance. Loved the view!

We have stayed at Amelia by the Sea for the last 3 years and while all of the units have been good, this one was definitely the best so far. Clean, updated, and Kristi was super responsive! Looking forward to future visits :)

Family fun

Let me stay with the host, Kristi. She was very communicative, helpful, and kind! She left us unexpected treats that I have not had from any of the other condos before. She left snack box with snacks, waters, an keepsake cups. She allowed use of beach chairs and toys. She left household needs and beach towels. She was the best host ever! We had 4 generations between 2 condos. The place was gorgeous!! So much fun on the pier, in the pool, and on the beach!! We had the best time!! The condo was clean and comfy and amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Had a great stay!

Amelia by the Sea was a great set of condos. I do wish the pool was heated. It was too cold to get in the pool during Spring Break. 439 had a great view. Only issues we had with 439 was there was a leak in ceiling shower and the Keurig wasn't working but they said they would remedy both issues.

Very pleasant stay!

We had a great time at this condo. The ocean view from the patio was gorgeous and the sunrise was breathtaking. We were also able to watch lightning storms and even a rainbow. Our son loved fishing off the private pier for hours every day. The beach was not overly crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with updated shower in the master. The king bed was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the kids had no complaints about the comfort of their beds. Nice new large capacity washer/dryer was a bonus. We appreciated the extra beach towels and chairs, and a basket of assorted snacks was a nice touch. The rental agent Kristi was very responsive. I took off one star, only because the cleanliness upon arrival to the condo was lacking. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned, as there were spills on the cooktop, a dirty coffee pot, and stains on the rug from the previous guests which raised concerns about the thoroughness off the cleaning staff. Also some of the white bath towels had some stains and could stand to be replaced. I spent a good deal of our first night cleaning and washing linens. Aside from that, we very much enjoyed our stay at Amelia By the Sea and made lots of great memories.

The property was as pictured and described. The condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Kristi was a fabulous host and communicator. We really enjoyed our stay!
