Nestled on 5 acres, our serene, sun-drenched home is just a few miles from Windham and Hunter slopes. Includes 3 full baths, an outdoor hot tub, gaming area, and a huge wrap around deck with a propane grill. Perfect place to work from or study from home with high-speed internet and cable tv. Perfect for family reunions, holidays, and romantic getaways all year round in the Catskills area.

Great location, wonderful views. You could be in Wyndham in less than 10 minutes or in hunter in a little over 10. Plenty of room for the 11 of us.

Nice quiet cabin located just outside of town. Great for a group getaway. Very clean across the board and well stocked kitchen. The cabin has all the necessary furniture and linens but nothing extra. Hot tub was warm and clean. Theres a playroom with toys, books and games as well.The sliding door to the hot tub is located through one of the bedrooms in the basement and there are no blinds on the door nor any interior door separating the bedroom from the interior common space. Ultimately not a problem because we didnt need that bedroom but something to consider if you need all the rooms.Recommend bringing your own firewood or purchasing it from somewhere in town for the fire pit.We had an issue with the hot water not actually getting hot during our last 24 hours. The host was communicative but ultimately unable to remediate it before we checked out.Overall a good rental for two families with small children who were looking to relax in the outdoors.

Incredible stay! The house was beautiful and well equipped. We loved being in pretty close proximity to some great towns too. Already talking about going back next summer

Great ski house

Tons of room, well stocked kitchen, clean and tidy. Bunk beds were falling apart a bit- screws and pieces were loose- and the water in the house ran reddish brown every day until you ran the faucet for 15 min or so. Owner said it was from well water, which was fine, just not too appealing. We had a great trip overall and would likely rent again!

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

My extended family had a wonderful weekend celebrating a family birthday at this house! The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. We had plenty of room for my parents, my husband and my 2 children and my brothers family (a baby and a toddler). The views are beautiful. The layout of the house is super comfortable. Close to Hunter mountain. Huge basement that isn’t pictured in photos. Only complaint was the walls were a bit thin so bring sound machines if you have people on different sleep schedules.

Great place to stay!!

We had a lovely stay and hope to stay again sometime soon :) The house was exactly as described and well stocked! The house was very big and had comfortable beds. The one thing that was note noted on VBRO was the indoor fireplace is not available for use of renters so keep that in mind. That was a big reason I booked the house as having an indoor fireplace is a treat, but it wasn't until we received our check in instructions was that noted.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely weekend! The house was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The house is very spacious and the view is spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked as well.

We booked our house for a mini family reunion and this house was perfect. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the setting of the house was calming and peaceful. We would definitely book again

My family and I had an amazing getaway at this beautiful mountain. We will definitely be staying here again. The host was very accommodating and the home itself was nothing short of perfect! If you are looking for a little weekend escape, this is the place to book!

Nice location

Great proximity to the mountain… plenty of space for large group. Please note queen bedroom on basement level does not have a door for privacy.

Great Weekend

This property was beautiful and great for a weekend away with college friends. We had 6 couples and 2 infants and there was enough room for all of us, there was even a pack and play and highchair in the house. There was a beautiful view in a great location. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I booked this home with 11 other people for my 35th birthday weekend. The house was the perfect size and accommodated all our needs and exceeded our expectations. I stayed in the upstairs master bedroom and the bed was so incredibly comfortable, as comfortable as my bed at home which is a gel, memory foam. I asked my friends that stayed in the other bedrooms how they slept, and they all reported the beds were so incredibly comfortable. All of the rooms were also spacious and the house was very clean. We absolutely loved the open concept between the living room, kitchen, and dining room because it allowed us to still hang out together without feeling like we were on top of each other. It rained for most of the time we were there so we took full advantage of cooking and hanging out inside and used the hot tub both nights we were there. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. I also loved that it is very private and I felt very safe. The host, Jimit, was very accommodating to our request for an earlier arrival and a later check out, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of that because we all came in from different parts of NY. We all would high recommend this house to anyone looking for a weekend get away for adults or families with young kids as well. We noticed there was a high chair and the library offered books for all ages. It’s the small touches and accommodations that stands out the most. Thank you!!!
