Tim was an excellent communicator and very welcoming. Mountainside condo was a great stay for our family vacation! It was clean and spacious with a large and inviting family room. All of the amenities from the large screen TV to coffee making gear and supplies were perfect! The location was excellent . We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Absolutely five stars!!

We enjoyed staying in Lincoln after a few years staying in the Conway area. This place is new, with all new appliances, TV with all the streaming channels, close to restaurants and groceries. Great Place.

This was the second time staying here and we loved it! The space was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities, and it accommodated two families with kids ranging from 3-11 easily. The host was incredibly responsive and organized. And, you certainly can’t beat the proximity to skiing— right across the street! Even for those not skilled enough to ski their way over to the main lodges, a convenient shuttle bus takes you there very easily. We would definitely come back!

Loved it

Beautiful condo… we had a great stay! Loved the corner unit with plenty of light and view of the river. Appreciated all of the little things like phone charger and shampoo. We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. The owner was fantastic and went above and beyond ensure all was well. Check in was flawless. The place is incredibly well taken care of, fully stocked with everyone we needed. The location is absolutely perfect! conveniently located near everything. We can't wait to come back!!! Amazing Couples and Kids Trip

We had an amazing weekend up in Lincoln. Our friends weekend has turned into a family affair with each of us having one child (7months and 3.5years). The unit was wonderful online but even more beautiful in person. We were able to accomplish a lot during our stay but are very excited to come back next year to do more!

Comfy condo by the slopes

If you enjoy walking proximity to the slopes, then this could be the place for you. The Timbertown lift is about 100 yards from the condo. After leaving the building, you turn right through the parking lot and then over an easy walking path. It was a great location and a comfortable stay for our weekend getaway. We appreciated the overflow parking close at hand.

It took a couple of attempts to figure out which building and which entrance to use. I could have used a more detailed map. Once I figured that out the place was well located, had a nice view, was spacious, clean, well stocked, things were easy to find, directions on how to operate equipment were easy to follow. I had some nice extras about the local area. We are looking forward to staying there next year.

Our family has enjoyed beautiful Lincoln New Hampshire for years and continue to vacation on our time off all 4 seasons. Each season provides a different adventure for us. Hiking, swimming, as well as skiing one of the best mountains in NH in our opinion. The area of Lincoln has everything you need in it from restaurants (winery and brewery down the street) cinema, adventure parks, ski shops, and a grocery store. We have 2 young kids and in the summer they love to visit Santas village, Story Land, and Clarks Trading Post which can be easily driven. This is our first time renting the unit out but have allowed family and friends to visit and enjoy the same qualities we have come to love. For a family that loves the outdoors as well as adventure you can't beat this spot.

Located at the base of South Peak Mountain and bordering the flowing Pemigewasset River. Explore the adventure of Loon mountain in a luxury furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with back deck and ski locker. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and relax after a long day in the shared hot tub after hiking, biking or skiing. Fantastic restaurants and breweries are only minutes away. Guest access includes (when in season) Private resort shuttle to Loon Mountain, with ski back access via Escape Route trail! The local hiking trails line the Kancamagus highway and range from "anyone can do it" to only experienced hikers wanted. Families with young kids will find plenty of theme parks located an hour to only a short drive away (Santas Village, Story Land, Clarks Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, Whales Tail water park.)

Amazing Skiing opportunity! You can't beat this location. If you ski a private shuttle takes you from outside your door to South Mountain chairlift or the new 8 person high speed quad! Our condo is also ski off as the Escape route trail ends near the base of the condo complex.
Natural swimming hole available, there is a local swimming area at the end of the J E Henry Trail found in our backyard.
In the Fall see the beautiful foliage right out your window and enjoy the local hiking trails.
