Spacious, top floor, well furnished, clean and air conditioned 3 bedroom condo with open floor plan perfect for friends and family. (New owners 2021).

Entire unit freshly painted Nov 2021

Master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bath. The second bedroom has queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and daybed with trundle, perfect for the kids. Second and third bedroom share a bathroom. Towels are provided for all guests and all beds come with bedding.

Located at the well maintained Forest Ridge community which includes a pristine club house with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, tennis courts and recreation area .

Our fully equipped condo has everything you'll need including a Keurig coffee maker, cable tv and High Speed WiFi.

This top floor unit has spacious high ceilings and beautiful views of South Peak and surrounding mountains.

A few short minutes away from Loon Mountain, restaurants and shops of Lincoln.

We had the best time. The condo was absolutely beautiful and so close to the mountain. The shuttle was super convienent and the pool was fun to go to at night. We wil be back!

This was the perfect fall getaway! The apartment was comfortable and spacious for our family of 5.We got to use both the terrace and the fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans etc. for us to prepare our meals. Location was great to tour the Lincoln area.Thank you Brenda!

Great location, had everything we needed and more, no complaints. For those who arrive and can't tell which condo building it is, its the one closest to the street (If I remember correctly it has a number 4 on the outside). Condo is located on the third floor and is nice and quiet. You can walk to the Clubhouse/Pool, but it is easier if you take the short drive. The owner, Brenda was also excellent with answering questions and checked in with us midway through our stay. If you happen to drop off trash at the compactor at night, located near the guard shack, just be aware there may be bears (We got to meet a few lol). Highly recommend staying here when in the Lincoln area!

Great property and location

We had a great time in the White Mountains at this condo in Forest Ridge. Brenda has kept the place clean, updated, and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The amenities of the community are also great. This was a memorable experience for our family.

Family Ski Weekend

The condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and living area. Very close to Loon Mountain and very easy check-in procedure. Brenda was very accommodating! Would love to return next winter!

Great Place!

Hard to even summarize how nice this condo was! Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Layout was awesome and the large dinning table was great for family to gather for meals and game night. You can’t go wrong staying here if your going to Lincoln, NH area.

Wonderful condo!

This condo gives you everything you need in a home away from home in both comfort and amenities! Our family enjoyed the games, the large tv, comfortable sofa and the location. Beds are a personal preference so I will say they are firm. Communication with Brenda was great as well! We would definitely stay again!

Vacation with grandkds

The place was very nice kids loved it. Lots of room, kids liked the games and puzzels. Pools were nice. The book with the info needs to be updated with pool times and some other info, other then that had a great time. Thank you

Family summer vacation

This was a very comfortable and modern condo with a great kitchen, and the entire condo was super clean! A great place to return back to after after a day exploring this wonderful area. The owners put a lot of thought into the kitchen supplies as well as other supplies. We were able to shop at the nearby grocery store and come back and prepare meals for the family - we lacked for nothing. And the condo provides easy access to the private sports club. Our kids swam in a very nice pool (indoor and outdoor) every night. This was definitely one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed out.

Great Lincoln spot for family trip

We stayed over February school vacation and found the Forrest Ridge community to be a great fit for our family of four. The location is minutes from Loon mountain and even closer to a couple local restaurants and down the street from the grocery store. The unit was clean and updated, outfitted with plenty of kitchen gear to prepare family dinners. The layout on one floor was great and provided enough distance between bedrooms for the kids to have their own space. The kids loved the pool and mom & dad enjoyed the hot tub and workout room. Highly recommend! Brenda was easy to work with and was quick to reply with any questions we had.

We are an active family of five. We love the White Mountains, and especially skiing at Loon Mountain in the Winter. With three school aged children we are very busy in the summer months, and not able to visit the the condo often. We decided to share our home away from home with VRBO.

We hope you enjoy our condo, and Lincoln, NH as much as we do!

It has everything we need for our family, plus space for a few friends to share in the fun. We love enjoying our condo with extended family and friends. We chose this property for it's location, quality furnishings, top floor location (high ceilings and less noises from above) and the great amenities & awesome upkeep at Forest Ridge.

Our unit is a unique rental because we also use it for ourselves. The upkeep and maintenance has an owner's touch, rather than what you often find in rental only units. We love bringing our family to this condo and think you will too.
