Hermoso condominio de 3 habitaciones en Forest Ridge Development, ideal para familias, a solo minutos de Loon Mountain. El condominio cuenta con electrodomésticos y pisos renovados, encimeras de granito, lavadora y secadora, estufa, horno, microondas, refrigerador, cafetera, lavavajillas, chimenea de gas, aire acondicionado y calefacción central, televisión por cable, wifi y un balcón privado.

Esta unidad del piso superior tiene hermosas vistas de South Peak y las montañas circundantes. Forest Ridge es un desarrollo bien mantenido, que contiene canchas de tenis, una casa club impecable con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio y área de recreación. Space was great for two families. Host was responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall we enjoyed the place a great deal. The acoustics (high ceilings) were a little challenging but that could have been our loud tweens. The only real downside was the stairs to get all our gear to the third floor!

Perfect stay

Kevin’s condo was lovely. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for a rainy day. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and relaxing on the balcony with coffee in the morning. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful Condo centrally located

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table in the condo and the access to the indoor and outdoor pool area.

Perfect Stay

This is our third year visiting the Lincoln area during peak foliage season. We love the location of this community. Close to so many great outdoor activities and restaurants! The unit itself was perfect. My kids loved the bunk bed room and the shuffleboard table. The unit is modern and clean, and check in/out process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Kevin’s condo! The place was well layed out, immaculately clean, and located in a great spot that made exploring the area so convenient. Kevin himself was fantastic—responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the shuffleboard; it was a hit with everyone! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. Thanks, Kevin, for a wonderful experience!

Home Away From Home

The quality of our stay is consistent with the other highly rated reviews. The home was clean, quiet, well stocked and maintained. It felt warm and welcoming, and conveniently located. We stayed for a family ski trip, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The entryway and mudroom space was well designed, allowing all the gear to be laid out and stored properly. The boot warmers was a much welcomed luxury, as the temperature during our stay was in the single digits. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and very functional. The bedrooms had comfortable beds with plenty of space for everyone. The condo was laid out well and even included shuffleboard and a ring game that kept us entertained. We loved the location on a quiet street, but close to town, Loon mountain resort, and Franconia Notch State Park. There was so much to do that we didn't even have time to make it to the wonderful facilities within the complex. We had a hard time leaving and hope to come back!

Perfect stay for Loon trip!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo for our annual Snowboarding trip! This time we decided to give Loon a try for our first Snowboarding trip to NH...so glad we came across your property. The location is perfect and the shuttle was a nice add on (unfortunately it only ran one day of our stay but it was nice to not have to drive in on that very busy day and find parking)…the boot warmer was an unexpected amazing bonus!!! The property was perfect for two families of 4 with kids ranging from 9-15. Plenty of room for everyone and the condo was well stocked and clean!! Thank you again and the next time we are in Loon we will be sure to look up your property again!!!

Absolutely wonderful

The property is simply fantastic. The location is wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of 7… could have comfortably fit more. Kevin the owner was quick to respond with any questions we had and was a pleasure to speak with. We have stayed a several locations throughout Lincoln over the past 15 years but this was simply put “ Our Favorite”. If you have an opportunity to rent this property do not hesitate! You will not be disappointed.

Loon Mountain Vacation Forest Ridge

We booked this property at the absolute last minute when our reserved rental was cancelled by the owner due to water damage. Kevin was fantastic. So accommodating, and the property was spotless. My family loved it, perfect location to attractions, grocery store, restaurants. We could not be happier with this vacation. Thank you Kevin!

Great Location, Clean and upscale property

We loved our stay here. Everything in the house was clean and well organized. We found everything to our satisfaction. The location is great. Just a couple of minutes from Lincoln main street and quite close to Loon Resort, west end Kanagmangus highway, Flume Gorge and Lost River. It was just a 45 min drive to Mount Washington Railway Base station. Just a note to people who are not so mobile - the property is on the third floor and we didn't notice any elevators. May be it is there somewhere.

Lovely Condo. Great location

Very easy process to rent this lovely Condo. Wonderful location, beautiful scenery. Interior was just as nice as represented. Pools were great for the kids !

Clean and comfortable condo!

We had a wonderful weekend at Kevin’s condo. The online listing was very accurate, the condo had 3 large bedrooms with a king bed, 2 fulls and a kids room with two sets of bunk beds. All beds were very comfortable. The rest of the unit was very clean including the two full bathrooms. Kids loved playing the shuffle board game, that was an unexpected bonus! We would definitely stay again!!

Tranquil, Quiet and Relaxing

My husband and I, along with our daughter and son in law and granddaughter , stayed in this condo for our week vacation. It was a beautiful location, no traffic, and the scenery from the front deck entrance was breathtaking. So tranquil just to look at from the third floor unit. The condo itself was clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Loved having the laundry room right in the dining area that was so quiet even when running with the door shut. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The pools were a plus …so relaxing and enjoyable. Our six year old granddaughter learned how to hold her nose and go under water for the first time. So enjoyable to see her excitement in doing so and a memory we’ll all remember and cherish. Kevin was always available for any questions or problems. Definitely will come again.

Relaxation at its best

I rented this unit with my eldest son and his girlfriend. We loved the location as it is so easy to get to North Conway, Sugar Hill, Littleton, Woodstock. I think the only downside is we really could not find any place good to eat in Lincoln which was somewhat dissapointing. We could've gone to the Common Man but we have one in the town we live so we thought we'd try new places. We found traveling to smaller surrounding towns and trying little mom & pop places way better than any of the other restaurants. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. I totally enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading my book while having my tea. I would definately return.
