Esta unidad es un frente sin golfo, planta baja, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños (1200 pies cuadrados) ubicado en el lado del golfo de Gulf Boulevard en Indian Rocks Beach, en un edificio privado bien mantenido con 4 unidades, 2 pisos. Nuestra playa semi privada está a unos pasos de distancia de esta unidad. Empaque sus sillas y sombrilla y usted está fuera para un día de relax en la playa. Pasa su tiempo de relax bajo el sol, ir a dar un largo paseo, pasar tiempo bombardeos y la natación en el Golfo de México.

Piscina y jacuzzi está abierto para todos los clientes en la puesta del paraíso. Nuestra piscina y zona de terraza, ofrece un montón de asientos, 2 grandes mesas de comedor con un paraguas para dar sombra añadido - cada uno tiene capacidad para 6 personas. También está disponible para todos nuestros huéspedes, es una parrilla de barbacoa para las noches te sientes como comer en! Sunset Paradise es un lugar maravilloso para pasar tiempo con la familia y amigos o simplemente por 2. Nuestro complejo está bien mantenido y seguro. Nuestra unidad no tiene vista al golfo, pero está a solo unos pasos de la piscina y del acceso a la playa del complejo.

Condominio está bien cuidado, actualizado, y muy cómodas. Cocina está bien equipada, muy abierta y espaciosa. Tiene la mayoría de los artículos que pueda necesitar durante su estancia, incluyendo estufa de tamaño completo, microondas, cafetera, etc. Sala de estar de tamaño completo y sala de estudio / lectura más pequeña que da a su propio patio privado, con capacidad para 4 y una sombrilla grande de 8 '. Ventiladores de techo en toda la unidad y una lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad. Esta unidad cuenta con 2 lugares de estacionamiento reservados (un lujo, ya que el estacionamiento en la playa es una prima).

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, con armario y TV con control remoto. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo con armario y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales con vestidor y el segundo baño. Hay 2 armarios de invitados disponibles durante su estancia. Con más de 1200 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, hay un montón de espacio para estirarse y relajarse.

It was great. There was a bizarre occurrence where we found a bunch of bug wings in the sink of the en-suite bathroom. No bugs, just wings. Odd.Other than that, this is an excellent property. We loved the pool, the beach, the water was great. Would stay again.

Close to the beach, clean, nice extra parking spot, walking distance to many nice restauarants. property was clean, but a bit beat up. TV's were not working (modum needed reset, could not locate it), one toilet would not flush, dryer was broken, one sliding glass door was damaged, and many receptacles were out.Notified the property managment through text with phone number provided with issues and got no response back.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to leave your feedback; we truly appreciate it! We're so glad you enjoyed the beach access, the convenient parking, and the wonderful restaurants nearby! We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. You deserved a seamless, worry-free experience, and we clearly fell short of that. The TV in the bedroom was acting up and has been replaced with a new, thinner, and smarter one. We've made sure to go through and replace an internal flapper, order a new part inside the dryer where it doesn't snag clothes, and sealed the one of four sliding doors. We just had the bathroom re- Porcelained and the whole condo painted top to bottom. We're having outlets tested and are consistently looking through to ensure any possible issues are all being addressed right away. These are simply not up to the standard we hold ourselves to. We're also sorry you didn't hear back after reaching out through the provided contact. That's frustrating, and we're looking into why that communication broke down so we can do better. We'd love the opportunity to welcome you back and show you what a truly great stay looks like here. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We'd be happy to make it right!

Easy access to beach

The check-in was super easy and the condo had everything that we could need for a getaway. We had Wi-Fi and parking was next to the unit. Access to the pool and the beach are right in front of the condo. There is a cute patio right outside the sliding glass doors where we enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very roomy and everyone enjoyed staying together in one place.

We had a great stay here, it was a great space and location. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work in one bedroom, and bathrooms (showers) were a little dated but overall we didn’t have any issues and would recommend it. Thank you!

Great Experience

This place is right on the beach, less than a minute walk to the beach from the unit making it easy with little ones. We loved having the option of the pool and the beach. Short walk to restaurants/coffee shops/convenient stores making this a great property. Cam was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed.

Good location, beautiful sunsets, pool and beach access good, parking at condo good, condo was a little dated but in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner's rep was easy to work with and stopped by to meet us. Enjoyed our 3 week stay.

Thanks for the review! We're so glad the girls' trip had a great home base....location on point and facilities playing nice! Hopefully there was just the right mix of beach time, laughs, and maybe a little too much group snacking. Come back anytime for more sunshine and sisterhood!

Family vacation

Property owner did not respond to my requests for check in info that was promised 3 days in advance. I had to call the help line 2 times to get the info late the night before our check in. The condo was great, clean and very well equipped for our stay. Great kitchen. Wonderful location just steps from the beach

Thanks so much for the kind words, Nancy! We're thrilled you enjoyed the condo, the kitchen, and that unbeatable location just steps from the beach; it’s one of the reasons we love hosting here. As for the check-in info: ah, the suspense! For over 20 years, we've had a trusty system: the Welcoming Letter (complete with all the check-in details) goes out the evening before arrival. It used to be the day of, back when we waited for the final polish on the condo and a thumbs-up from housekeeping, but thanks to the magic of modern Wi-Fi locks, we’ve upgraded and now send it a little earlier. We totally get that trip planning can be hectic, so if it ever feels like you’re waiting too long, don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re always here and happy to help (even if the Welcome Letter is just fashionably late by design 😉). Thanks again for being wonderful guests, we’d love to host you anytime!

Love the location!

Location is awesome! Close to restaurants and stores. Cameron handled any problems we had quickly and efficiently! This was our second time there and we will be back again!
