Welcome to Laguna Dunes at Emerald Shores PCB

Completely updated ground-level unit with gulf views and private pool located on Front Beach Road in the Laguna Beach neighborhood on the quiet West End. A quick 15 mile drive from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) delivers you to Toledo Place and Panama City Beach Parkway (Hwy 98). Head South to the Beach at the “Carousel Market Billboard” to your own personal getaway.

Laguna Dunes is a luxury beach rental located on Front Beach Road, the Emerald Shores Condominium Complex, next to Carousel Market. We are centrally located near West End favorites Thomas Donut, The Old Beach Bar, Pho 77, and the Sunnyside Grill. Amazing unobstructed gulf views over the protected dunes from the kitchen, living room and patio. Fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need and more! Stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and oversized breakfast bar with stools. Master Suite with “Hollywood” style bath. Washer - Dryer in unit. Lots of closet space. Additional sleeping options include two large bunk beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Sleep up to six.

Soak up the sun, smell the gulf breeze and close the day watching amazing sunsets. You will enjoy people watching and the local vibes from your own private paradise as the people come and go like the tide. You are just steps from “toes in the sand” and the beautiful white sand beaches of the Laguna Beach neighborhood and free / public beach access. No “codes” or “gates” here! Laguna Dunes is centrally located in the heart of the Emerald Coast and offers the best 30A and Panama City Beach has to offer. No Pets.

The location is absolutely perfect. We stay in this exact building every year. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this unit & will definitely be back! Everything is updated nicely. Beds are comfortable. Very short walk to beach and a nice local grocery store next door. The unit was clean when we arrived and was plenty big for our family.

Perfect

Perfect location, perfect view, perfect community.Away from crowds, less crowded beach, grocery store next door, early check-in and bar in walking distance plus thomas doughnuts in walking distance. Absolute perfection. Would stay again

Best vacation

The condo was great, and the location was even better! We will be back again next year. If I have to mention one down fall it would be the bed mattress was very soft, needs more support. We actually slept on the bunkbeds a few nights which was pretty darn fun! Otherwise, it was the greatest vacation we have had in a long time.

We had a great stay. The apt. was great - totally fit our needs. Quiet, clean, well furnished (hands down best equipped kitchen I’ve ever found in a rental) and proximity to the beach excellent. 10 minute drive tops to the festival. There were only two of us but easily could accommodate up to six with bunk beds and pull out. My 4 rating took into account the little geckos outside which I HATE!! And one of which got into the unit! - Making for one drama filled morning. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment. Would definitely book again.

Great Place

Great area to stay at. Easy beach access. We were there during spring break and had no problems. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was very nice, just as advertised. I am looking forward to renting this condo again.

Great place to stay

Our stay was great! The condo was actually bigger than I was expecting. We are a family of 6 and had no issues with space. The only bad thing I have to say is there wasn’t a lot of comfy seating in the living area. Besides that it was perfect! Literally steps away from the beach and the grocery store next door. We would definitely return to this property in the future!

Great location

This was a great find! Just far enough away from the busy PCB traffic but close enough for a short drive in for dinner and shopping! Also grocery right next door and the donut shop OMG worth the trip. We went 3 times while we were there! The beach is absolutely beautiful but the sand was so hot during our stay but the water was nice and cool. (Excessive heat warning that week). The property was very nice and there was plenty of room for three of us. I loved the layout/decor and the accessibility of the bathrooms from both sides. I only gave a 4 star only because we could not link to the wifi on any of our personal devices (turned it off and on several times still no luck) and the cable TV kept freezing. We were able to watch Netflix but someone else was signed in and I couldn't figure out how to log them out. Also the property I was told had a grill outside (I actually asked specifically before I came) but when I went to go out and cook on it it was not to be found anywhere so dinner plans had to be changed. I was not prepared for that. And one more thing for two toilets there was only one roll of toilet paper provided. That is all ... Nothing major so definitely would love to come back.

Excellent spot away from the crowd

I almost hate to share our secret place to stay in PCB! We have stayed at another rental on this property as well, and it was just as great. We enjoy it because it’s the quiet end of PCB. We come for the Gulf, and appreciate not being close to all of the tourist attractions like Pier Park. No elevators to wait/waste your time on! No rowdy neighbors! Short hop over the street to the beach, pretty good views even from the lower level. Nice current furnishings, plenty of linens, handy to have starting things set up like a roll of TP in bathrooms and small soap in the kitchen. We had groceries delivered from Walmart an hour after our check in, seamless and wonderful to avoid wasting time at Walmart!! The pool is a great size for the amount of condos. Just a great hidden gem if you’re looking to spend more time in the water in a more peaceful area. Owner was great and very prompt to communicate with. This set of condominiums will always be our go-to when we vacation in PCB.

Beautiful condo, excellent location!

Emerald Shores is our favorite place to stay! We've stayed at several units here and this was our first time in this unit. Everything was so nice, clean, updated, and comfortable. Being on the first floor was pretty handy. So nice to just walk out the door, cross the street, and be on the beach!
