Beautiful guest house on private equestrian road

This unique place has a style all its own. Think rainforest meets farm…with a ton of style!There are peacocks and ponies surrounding you, but you’re still only 15 minutes from the beach and downtown St. Pete! This detached apartment is located on a quiet, private road and shares over an acre lot with the main house. There are pine, oak, and palm trees everywhere which provide an incredible breeze, and shade canopy. Stairs are required to enter and exit the house.
The space
This spacious apartment sits directly above a two-car garage. Stairs are required to enter and exit the house. There are barstools on the balcony which make it a cozy space to enjoy a drink or even dinner. There’s a small workspace as you enter the home followed by the dining room, living room (sofa pulls out to queen size bed), and kitchen. You’ll go through a "hidden" door to get to the bedroom, bathroom, closet, and laundry station. There’s a dresser, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, and a safe in the bedroom closet.
Guest access
Guests have access to the yard directly in front of and behind the property. The front yard has a comfortable sitting area under the staircase for guests to utilize. There’s a dining set with an umbrella, adirondack chairs around a fire pit, a hammock and a grill that guests are welcome to use.
Other things to note
The property is on a private road, owned by the residents, with an 8 MPH speed limit. There are a lot of animals (horses, peacocks, bald eagles, ducks, bunnies, dogs, etc.) that all walk on this road, so please, PLEASE drive slowly.
