Madeira Beach vacation getaway awaits at this 1BR 1 BA beauty located just across the street from public beach access, freshly updated, painted and new decor! Walk 2 minutes to hit the sand and crystal blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico. Your Florida Vacation is going to start right here in this stylish themed apartment. Many restaurants in walking distance

LIVING/KITCHEN AREA After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open concept living room/kitchen area where you can watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV with swivel mount so that you can watch from anywhere in the room and pre-loaded channel apps. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full-size appliances (including dishwasher). Enjoy your culinary masterpiece or have a delicious meal delivered through Uber Eats or other food and grocery delivery options.

BEDROOM & BATH This first-floor apartment/condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults between the bedroom and the pull out queen size sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed that has a new mattress and hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV so that you can snuggle up in and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The well-appointed bathroom is configured with a shower and fresh soft towels.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include beach chairs, buggy, and an umbrella, bikes (to ride at your own risk), complimentary Wi-Fi, and assigned parking for one car in the outdoor lot.

PET FRIENDLY This is one of very few locations that dogs (under 25 pounds) are permitted, must present current vaccination records prior to booking and non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added, present current vaccination records prior to booking.

***We supply starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish detergent, if additional items are needed during your stay there are several stores within close proximity that you are able to purchase supplies.

Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .

Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest.

We were greeted by Kathy with a big smile and positive energy! She was informative and helpful during our stay. We were directly across from the Public Beach access which is important to us. Our place was cute and cozy and very clean!

Clean and festive

This little place is the perfect spot! You can walk everywhere; beach, restaurants, bars. John’s Pass with several shops and dining and excursions is only about a mile (we walked). Such a bright clean place and the owner was so easy to deal with. Definitely need to get back there!

Great property across the street from a lovely beach. Lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Nice to have access to beach supplies such as wagons, chairs and umbrellas, too. Loved our stay.

Like it was made for us!!

Being huge Jimmy Buffett fans, the name of this rental caught our attention! The decor is perfect! The unit is very clean & well kept. Eddie greeted us on our arrival & was very helpful, accommodating & made us feel right at home! The location is great! Short walk to the beach & many restaurants! John’s Pass is close, too! We hope to be back in this adorable resort very soon!

What a great place and cool backstory. The property is conveniently located to the beach and the whole Pass area honestly. Everything you need is right at your fingertips and the owners are easy to contact if needed. We had a great time.

Nice Beach Rental

Only stayed for a couple of days, but the unit was very nice for a couple. Great location right across the street from the beach and the owners provided everything you need for a beach day (chairs, coolers, carts, etc.) Walking distance to several restaurants and to John's Pass area. Would definitely stay again.

Let’s just start with we will definitely be booking this unit again in the future. The location was quiet and within walking distance to the beach and the unit was super clean. The hosts also provide access to coolers, umbrellas, chairs and many other things that can be used at the beach. The hosts, Eddie and Kathy really make you feel welcome and are there for anything you might need.

Adorable hidden gem ! 🏖

We just checked out after a quick beach getaway weekend! Kathy and Eddie are incredible hosts. They were extremely accommodating and we loved the beach supply room. We felt like locals with all the beach essentials they provided for free. The kitchen was perfect to make breakfast and lunch for the beach. Our big suitcases got in the way after we pulled out the daybed but it worked fine for a young family of 4 since we were out and about most of the day and night. Location is great with beach access across the street and a short drive to St. John’s Pass and Treasure island beach. We are excited to come back, we loved our stayed !!!

5 o'clock somewhere

Had a wonderful stay at this cute place with my mom and daughter! It was adorable, comfortable and clean, and right across the street from the beach. We loved having access to the beach wagons, umbrellas and toys, which we used everyday during our stay. Kathy and her husband were very helpful and friendly, and easy to contact for whatever we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

A little piece of paradise!

My friend and I took a girls trip just to get away from all things COVID, to rest, relax and recharge. This place was absolutely perfect!!! It was just exactly as it is pictured, cute, clean and very comfortable. Dockside Dave's is just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. THE BEST PART... We easily crossed the street and were on the beach in 2 minutes! Kathy was right there and they provide SO MANY extras to convenience their guests. We are already planning our next trip!

We got to stay here 2 nights and of all of the trips that we have made to the area this one was by far the best little piece of heaven that we've found. the units are so clean and the owners are there to help at anytime with anything that you made need so friendly .we would stay here again.
