Built in 1927, the home was lovingly remodeled to provide Victorian charm with modern amenities. Sip coffee on the porch swing, strum a tune on the guitar, and enjoy the large private backyard during Austin's beautiful evenings.
Well-equipped for longer stays with fiber internet, multiple workstations, high-quality cookware, and King Beds in every room. The charming home is 2,043 sq ft.
This property features:
• Prime location with a short walk to coffee shops, brunch locations, breweries, and more.
• 13-minute drive from the airport
• Fully fenced backyard with front and back patio
• Driveway holds 3 cars with free street parking
• Self-check-in using smart lock
• Home is 2,043 square feet
What you'll find inside:
• Open floor plan with kitchen connected to the living room and sitting room
• Vintage wood floors with large area rugs for an open and welcoming feel
• 3 large bedrooms with King beds and TVs in every room
• 2 full bathrooms with one attached to the master bedroom
• Super fast Google Fiber internet (2 GB/s with Wifi 7 router)
• 2 workstations with motorized desks, monitors included, and office chairs for a complete WFH setup
• 75-inch Samsung Frame TV in the living room with a 7-speaker system
• Drawer full of board games, cards, and books for entertainment
