Sorry no pets are allowed per condo rules. 

With two elevators, there is no need to use stairs, and with the Pool, Marina, Man Made Beach, and tennis courts and 3 kayaks included for guest use all within steps, the Island Breeze is an excellent choice for easy access and staying in the Keys. Within Kawama Yacht Club many guests rent golf carts. Hot Rod Golf Carts in Key Largo Rent and deliver. They can be driven within Kawama Yacht club unless they are "Street Legal" then you can take them outside the gate.

Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by three sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys. Enjoy the fishing/sunrise/sunset at the jetty, a 3-acre salt-water lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts and a children's playground.



KEY LARGO is known for “IN” or “ON” the "OCEAN" - Water Sports and Activities. It is the “DIVE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! We have the ONLY LIVING CORAL REEF IN NORTH AMERICA! 

What people come down to the Keys to enjoy is:

PLEASE NOTE:

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area" with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.

No more than 6  adults and 2 children at any give time on the property. If this number is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.



The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.

2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.

Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to reach.
