I am sorry that you feel your stay wasn’t up to your expectations. Please let me respond to your comments to insure you that we do all we can to make sure our guests have a pleasant experience. On your first comment all four bathrooms are stocked with three extra roll of toilet paper they are sometimes put in the drawers or cabinets and not always in plain view. We cannot be aware of the allergies or preferences on shampoo and other hair products so have decided to allow guests to bring the products they are used to. Liquid soap is provided in all bathrooms and the kitchen. There are extra trash bags under the sink in the kitchen and in the bottom of the small waste baskets. Our expectation is that there is ample for the short time that our guests are there. The deck is constructed using standard wood decking material and was refinished just last year with a top quality surface. We are sorry that you experienced an unanticipated issue with the splinters. There is a small first aid kit located in a kitchen drawer. As you know the home is located in and surrounded by a natural environment. We have tried several prevention measures to deter mice and have been reasonably effective. To have one of the many beds in the eight bedrooms have evidence of mice does not surprise me and if I had known I could have contacted my cleaning staff to bring fresh bedding over immediately. Again I apologize and hope you stay with us in the future.
