This unit is stylish, elegant, cozy, and in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Located directly across from the park. Close proximity to lakes, hiking trails, shopping, downtown Pleasant Hill, schools, DVC, BART (San Francisco 30 mins away), and easy freeway access to HWY 680 and HWY 24. Location is 40 minutes drive to Napa, 1 hour drive to Sacramento, and 1 hour to San Jose.

The space
The open floor planned studio consists of a full kitchen, study area, large closet, and full size bathroom. The kitchen has all appliances expect dishwasher. The kitchen consists of coffee station and essential cooking gadgets with all basic pantry ingredients to easily make home cooked meals. Inside you will find a full size Tempur-Pedic bed with comfortable fluffy soft pillow and bedding, love seat, writing desk with chair, 2 seats dining table, and TV with BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) streaming features. The space is heated and cooled with central air and an additional space heater is ready to use if needed. There is a shared laundry room that is accessible to guests with reservations longer than 3 nights.

This Studio Unit is attached to the main house on the first floor with its own entrance. The entrance is located on the right side of the house with its own patio. With your own entrance and small front porch, you will feel like you have entered your own cozy home. The patio area is your own dedicated space to enjoy time outdoors. There are plenty of street parking available right in front of the property.

We live on the main level (above the guest suite) and have an entrance to the garage on the lower level through the laundry area. A locked doorway near your bathroom joins the shared laundry area. We have put soundproofing in front of your door. Our family of three consist of a toddler so expect to hear some pitter patter from time to time. We do however will try to keep the noise to a minimum and spend much time out and about enjoying the wonders of nature.
Guest access
You will park on the street in front of the property and enter through the gate on the first floor. The lockbox will be located on the side gate next to the in law suite. Lockbox code will be sent to you prior to your arrival

Rest assured that our home is in the safest and family-friendly neighborhoods of Pleasant Hill. Nevertheless, security is a high priority so the home is watched with several alarmed security cameras on the exterior of the homes, laundry room, and garage.
