Wonderful winter getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Location was perfect, a quick shuttle ride to Deer Valley, or a 15 minute walk. Hot tub was a nice touch, and a great way to end active days. Management was prompt and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Sundance Film Festival

The property was perfect for our annual Sundance Film Festival trip with friends. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which made it very nice. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the family room was very spacious for gathering to recap the movies and play games. We would definitely return again.

Park City Hideaway - close to the slopes

Beautiful property close the slopes with a free shuttle to Deer Valley and back too. Our family loved the unit, hot tub, fireplace and kitchen. Customer service team was awesome in fixing a few minor glitches during our stay. Extra points for shipping us a few forgotten items after our visit. Top notch team and Matt was a great ambassador in checking us into our unit too. Thank you.

Family Reunion

This property was great for our family of 5 adults and an infant. It was convenient to other family members’ properties. It was great for hosting medium and small gatherings. (There were 70+ family members attending). The management staff was extremely helpful to us. It also helped solve a problem for another large party whose reservation with another company fell through when they arrived. Would return to Psrk City and reconnect with Abode Management.

Nice stay in Deer Valley!

Overall this is a very nice property! We were an adult family of 7 most of the time with adult kids coming and going. There are four nice bedrooms and four bathrooms. The three bedrooms upstairs have an ensuite bathroom and the bedroom downstairs has a bathroom across from it. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The outdoor hot tub was cloudy when we arrived and we called management and someone came out to change and treat the water. It was a nice touch to our stay and we enjoyed relaxing in it. The management was very responsive and took care of issues we brought to their attention....very impressed with the team! There is parking in the garage for two smaller or average cars but it is very tight. There is a pad for one car for overflow parking. No parking on street so if you will have visitors be mindful that parking can be a problem. If you have larger vehicles then only two cars will fit. The dishwasher was troublesome for us and didn't really clean dishes well. We were running it a couple of times per load and had to hand wash at times just to have enough plates. The 9 by 13 pan had the teflon peeling off and wasn't usable and that was the only pan. Larger bowls are in short supply as were storage containers. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked. The HOA gardeners cut the grass at 7:00 a.m. and left the mower by the outside window with motor on where people were sleeping and stood on sidewalk talking on cell phone! This was most rude and they didn't seem aware that people were inside. On a Saturday they also did lawn work at 7:00 a.m. The unit is on the end and next to a sidewalk and street so you do get some noise from cars during the day and people talking as they walk. Not a problem at night. There were some beautiful pickle ball and tennis courts that are close to the property but apparently only available to guests who are a member of the private club. The unit we stayed in was not a member and we couln't use the facilities ......such a shame since no one on the courts!! I would look for a unit next time that had amenities available to us such as a gym, courts, pool etc. The unit is very close to the base of the mountain and had easy access to the lifts, shopping, restaurants and beautiful grounds to walk on. Hiking trails are right outside the door! Overall a very nice property and location. It was great for an adult family.

Cozy Townhome

To start off the check in process was super fast and easy we just showed up to the house and everything was ready for us. The management at Abode was super responsive and always made us feel comfortable if we needed anything. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment so we made good use of that. Our last time in Park City we stayed in the main town and although that is a nice experience the neighborhood we were nestled in was very calm and quiet and gave us some nice views of Deer Valley from the hot tub!

Comfortable and spacious stay in convenient DV locale!

Our family of four, including 2 younger kids, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The photos well-represent the property's layout and condition. Everything was clean, organized and (mostly) in working order. If visiting in summer, please note there is NO A/C in this unit but they've provided several fans and it really wasn't an issue for us, even in 80 and 90 degree weather. Location is great right on the duck pond and the kids were able to scooter and explore outside. It's about a 25 minutes walk to Old Town which we did more than once! And it's about a 10 minute to Snow Park Lodge and the St Regis. We enjoyed our time, had plenty of space and will likely be back!

House was great! Comfortable and well set up - Mark and Adobe staff were all accommodating. Highly recommend this location and working through Adobe. Two suggestions to make it 5 stars- replace pots/pans and fix cold air leaks coming in through front door in great room!! Thank you

This is a home away from home in beautiful deer valley. The location is perfect for getting to town or the slopes, and the townhome is clean and cozy. It is exactly as described and feels more like home than a vacation rental! It is beautiful and such a retreat!

Great Vacation Home

This condo is the perfect place to stay while vacationing. It is close to all Deer Valley amenities with a shuttle that stops right in front of the condo so you never have to use your car! All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms with plenty of room for a large group! The home is decorated beautifully and we didn't want to leave at the end of our vacation! I highly recommend this condo!

Highly recommend!

I have stayed at this property several times and I cannot recommend it enough. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated, well-stocked, and perfect for groups of friends or families with an open and spacious layout. The hot tub on the back deck is one of my favorite features and it is always functioning properly and well-maintained. The free shuttle to the Deer Valley ski area is super convenient. The drive is only minutes away and it comes regularly, so you never have to wait long.

Perfect spot for your next ski vacation!

This is the perfect condo for a large family or several couples. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation at Deer Valley. You can check the conditions on the mountain by simply looking out the glass door. The free shuttle to the slopes is quick and convenient. After a day on the slopes we enjoyed the large hot tub on the deck with great views of the surrounding lake and mountains. The Deer Valley and Park City restaurants are all close and easy to get to from the condo. Or, if you decide to stay in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal at home.
