Este condominio de 4 niveles y 4 baños se encuentra a pocos pasos del Snow Park Lodge de Deer Valley y cuenta con excelentes vistas a la montaña y al lago. El complejo es una de las mejores ubicaciones en todo Deer Valley con acceso a pie al servicio de transporte o puerta a puerta desde el 'bus verde' en la base de Deer Valley Resort. El complejo también cuenta con un área de piscina y jacuzzi todo el año que está disponible para todos los huéspedes. El condominio tiene un tamaño aproximado de 2883 pies cuadrados, lo que brinda suficiente espacio para un grupo grande.

Al entrar desde el garaje, hay un área de preparación para el guardarropa / esquí, una sala de lavandería, 2 dormitorios y un baño. Hasta dos tramos cortos de escaleras está el nivel principal, con una cocina que se abre a una sala acogedora con un nuevo televisor de alta definición de 55 ". Este estudio tiene capacidad para 5 personas, con un sofá cama doble y dos sillas, además de una chimenea de gas asistida. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hay una barra de desayuno con capacidad para 4, y la cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas. Detrás de la cocina se encuentra el comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, y una sala de estar con sofá, 2 sillas y otra chimenea de leña con asistencia de gas. Estas habitaciones tienen acceso a una envoltura alrededor de la cubierta, con excelentes vistas al lago y la montaña. Continúe subiendo dos tramos cortos de escaleras hasta el nivel superior, donde encontrará una sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y otro maestro junior con una cama queen y baño privado.

El complejo cuenta con piscina y dos jacuzzis, perfectos para relajarse después de esquiar.

Lo mejor de todo es que hay un sendero privado que conduce directamente al estacionamiento de Deer Valley o puede tomar el autobús de enlace gratuito durante dos minutos.

Good location, spacious, and comfortable!

We really enjoyed this property. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a short walk up to Snow Park Lodge. Actually there was the Deer Valley shuttle that came super often that we could have jumped on, but the walk was short and beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Was a good place to stay for the cost. It's super close to the mountain. You can walk down the sidewalk towards the mountain and cut left over to the parking lot to get picked up but what we learned was they have a deer valley app where you can request a ride and they pick you up right at the door, you just need to tip. That was great! They didn't provide location of the pool either so we had to find it but it's very close. You walk the road heading towards the mountain and it'll wrap around and it's right around the corner. Besides that the place was very clean. Only thing we noticed was the place itself is a bit dated (green carpet), but it was very clean so who cares(in case you have any boujee folks in your group...we didn't). The management company was good too they checked on us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed which was nice.

All generally good. The condo condition is tired. Worn carpet, fireplace burns, cloudy windows, dirty stovetop, sliding screens not there, and the other not working, open window in a place inaccessible. Not what was portrayed for the price of admission. Great location.

Great Ski Condo

Great location for Deer Valley skiing. It's a short walk to the parking lot where you can catch a shuttle to the slopes or you can just walk the length of the parking lot. Deer Valley will store skis, poles and boots overnight which makes it even easier. The home is very comfortable. There were six of us but it does sleep more people if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially liked the large pantry. We liked the large dining table for eating and for games. It's a very short walk to the pool and hot tub which was nice after a long day of skiing. We recommend this place!

Well located for Deer Valley, but the owner needs to add heat to the lower floor (which has two of the four bedrooms). The property manager sent a tech out, who confirmed that the owner had been too cheap to make their house safe and upgrade the ducting to serve that floor sufficiently. When we complained, property management told us this was a new issue, despite him confirming it wasn’t (and them having six space heaters downstairs because it’s clearly been an issue before). When the heaters were on, it tripped the breakers for each bedroom, so the guests in those rooms had to wake up and flip the power back on when they got too cold. Good location and complex, but I wouldn’t stay here when the temperature is below 60 degrees. And property management shouldn’t be lying about the circumstances of a property. We would have been much more forgiving if they’d been honest and acknowledged the problem / given some sort of apology or discount.

Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to cook meals daily. Kids and grandkids loved the pool and hot tub access. It would have been helpful to have more information about the area, access to the lift area and parking instructions. There is a 2 car garage (low) but one cannot park in the driveway. Excess parking area next to the house was covered in snow.

Only a 100 yard walk down a short path to the Lot 5 pick-up point. Literally 5 minutes from door to lift line. Nothing beats a nice fire after a long day of skiing. This condo had 2 fire places in two living rooms. I think I got lost in the condo one evening !!!!

Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location, outdated house

The location is very convenient for skiing. The view of the lake and the mountains is great. The house feels outdated: dishwasher does not wash well, missing knobs to control fireplace or lamps, garage door does not close easily. Important: 2 bedrooms downstairs need extra heaters in December, central air is not sufficient. After we complained to the manager, they brought oil heaters, which mitigated the problem. Although 10 people capacity was advertised, we did not have enough chairs to eat together at the table, had to use bar stools. The owner never responded to my messages about 2 problems we had.

Wish the place was more spacious. We felt kitchen was small. The appliances toaster, coffee maker need to be updated. Need additional humidifiers on each floor. Master bedroom humidifier did not work. Beds were comfortable and overall furnishings were nice. 3 flights so a lot of steps. Shuttle service is 2 blocks away. No hot tub at unit.

A+ location, good layout, great for family

Excellent location for skiing DV. Shuttle comes right by the door. Good family floor plan, kitchen well equipped for basic cooking, good beds. Really solid overall. Some minor issues: -HVAC is hit or miss — cold downstairs (use the space heaters), hot upstairs, middle level depends on fireplaces (use them, it helps). -Some showers/tubs hadn’t been cleaned. -Dishwasher doesn’t seem to clean dishes worth a hoot

Great property, really close to Deer valley

This condo was perfect for our group. We had a fantastic time and we’ll definitely be back. There’s a really nice pool and two hot tubs right in the complex. Did i mention the views? It overlooks a little lake and you can also see the mountains. There were two family rooms so the kids could watch tv in the den and the rest of us could drink wine in the bigger living room. There were two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and then two more bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and ther was a large dining room table where we had some fun dinners.There’s a walking path to deer valley so it only takes a few minutes to get to resort and we could take the free bus to Main Street. All in all, it couldn’t have been better and we’re already looking forward to next year.
