This cozy home has a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, office, and a large back yard.

The entire home is available to you to enjoy at your leisure.

While I won`t be available in person, I`m only a call or message away.

* If your booking has more than one vehicle, please do not park on the front of the lawn. There is plenty of space for parking on the right side of the home.

* Only registered guests allowed on premises

* Noise to be kept at a reasonable level. Be considerate of neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. The front of the home is monitored with a security camera on-site. This is in the best interest of guest/s and host to make sure that in the event of any incidents outside, an accurate account may be captured. Violation of any rules will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Please only flush toilet paper and do not place miscellaneous items in the toilet.

Self check-in with door code
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

NO SMOKING INSIDE OF PROPERTY (outside permitted)
NO pets of any kind, no exceptions
NO excessive guests
NO illegal activity
NO illegal substances allowed on the premise
No loud noise after 10PM

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

** Stolen towels: $10 per towel
** Smoking in the home $150
** Late checkout past 10 AM without our consent $75
** Excessive guest over reservation. $50 per guest
