Newly constructed spacious home in Eugene/Springfield near UO and Autzen stadium

Brand new constructed home in Springfield, close to Autzen stadium and University of Oregon. This spacious 4-bedroom plus den/office is ideal for family gatherings, game day celebrations, and university visits. The house can sleep 10 comfortably with all new accommodations. Brand-new furnishings, appliances and fresh amenities in each room. It is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It is close to trails for biking, running and the Willamette River for a view of the ducks. The master bedroom and bedroom #1 have brand new king beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have brand new full beds. The den has a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping and work area. The large kitchen has all new appliances, fully stocked with space for cooking. All furnishings are new, and amenities include a 75-inch tv with streaming, Wi-Fi for the dedicated workspace. The large dining room area seats twelve. Plenty of parking available for cars in the attached two car garage or large driveway. Guest access. Entire house is accessible. Other things to note: This is a non-smoking home and no pets allowed upstairs.

Great home for a group or large family. Plenty of beds and the downstairs communal area was great for dinners and entertaining. Neighborhood was quiet and near to the river for great hikes and runs.

Perfect House for multi-generation family visit

Beautiful home with ready access to anywhere in Eugene. We had a great time with 3 generations of family attending the Prefontaine Classic and the Bach Festival. Hosts were extremely responsive and home just as described.

Amazing Location & Great Property

We went for Parent’s Weekend at U of O and the property is walking distance to Autzen and 10 minutes drive to pretty much everything else. Perfect for weekends catching up with Duck activities!

Hayward Field Magic

Our family came to Eugene bc our daughter qualified for the Jr. Olympics. This location was perfect. It was close enough to campus, but far enough to avoid the hustle. It was spacious, comfort, and extremely clean. It is in walking distance to Autzen Field. It is close to shops, and lots of places to eat.
