This entire home and yard are yours to enjoy. All located on one floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open concept dining room, living room and kitchen. Stunning sunroom (which is the third bedroom), plus 2 decks accessible from the bedrooms. Additional dining areas in sunroom and large deck. Fire table on deck and fire pit in yard. Wood is provided for fire pit.

Great property, even better view! If you appreciate the pics, it’s better in person! Clean, nicely stocked, well maintained and great communication with hosts! This house is great for a long weekend of relaxation and starring at the river! No complaints and will definitely return!

Perfect getaway for friends and family

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Everything was so well-appointed, the home was immaculate and well maintained, the layout was perfect for our needs, and the view was spectacular. Perfect Spring break getaway

My family and I stayed at the property for 5 nights over spring break. The house was absolutely perfect!! The beds were so comfortable & the view is breathtaking. My kids enjoyed the firepit, playing at the park across the street & all the indoor/outdoor games available at the house. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back if we’re in the area!!

A great friends getaway!

What a gorgeous home that we were able to share with friends for our girls weekend trip this past weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home was beautiful, the sheets were so silky soft, the view was amazing and everything was perfect. Thank you to Micah for making us feel so welcome! Wonderful retreat on the river!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful retreat on the lake. The house is gorgeous, the hosts are very responsive and friendly and you can’t beat the view from the sunroom. There were so many nice little touches in the house during our stay, it was really above and beyond! The weather did not cooperate for some of our stay, and some things we planned ended up being canceled, but it didn’t even bother me because it was great to just relax in this lovely home. Thank you for an amazing stay and a great week in the Louisville area!

Much to Offer!

My party spent a weekend at this renovated house on the Ohio River ..it is extremely comfortable and inviting, immaculately clean, attention to detail at every turn, great beds & pillows, a steam shower, ample and super fresh linens, a sunroom, deck, fire pit - oh and the gourmet kitchen too! It's all so great - we love it and will continue to return here annually. The gracious hosts are readily available for anything you may need. Highly recommend this gorgeous river house!

Amazing time

The house was wonderful, exceeded all expectations. The host thought of everything and went above and beyond what normally expected during a rental stay. Communication was great and the views… amazing! So cool seeing the traffic on the river, plenty to do locally and quick drive to get to Louisville! My entire family Loved it! Hope to be back!

This house is a dream come true! Everything you could possibly want is there. Beautiful view on the river, fire pit, gas grill, awesome all weather room. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts. Hidden Beauty

Let me tell you, this property was phenomenal. The accommodations were over the top. :-) The property had every amenity out there and more. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, we cooked all of dinners at the house. However, the view of the water and the bridge was outstanding. Location was close to downtown Louisville and Jeffersonville. Would totally stay again! The owners made us feel at home. This rental will not disappoint.

Beautifully decorated immaculate and amazing views of Ohio River

Our stay at Micha's place was amazing! The home was even better than expected...beautifully decorated, immaculate, gorgeous views , quiet, and extremely comfortable. There were many thoughtful details throughout the entire home. The neighborhood is quaint, safe and peaceful. Ohio River views from each room provided tranquility, yet the home is perfectly located within 10-15 minutes of anything we needed or wanted to do. Micha was extremely responsive and a superb host. We highly recommend staying at this "Riverside Retreat" and we definitely will be back!

Well-Appointed with Gorgeous Views

I hesitate to leave a review because I'm afraid this gem will be overrun if word gets out about how thoughtful the hostess was during our stay. It's obvious Micha takes pride in her property, and in ensuring a comfortable stay for her guests. She's thought of everything (welcome drinks, extra phone chargers in bedside tables, labeled switches/remotes, sufficient towels, coffee/tea supplies, comfortable furniture and bedding, and communication that was thoughtful but not intrusive). It directly overlooks the river (relaxing hours watching barges, boats, and birds). Our friend group spent 3 nights here and planned to venture into Louisville for dinner at least but ended up not even leaving the property. This group has been getting together twice a year for 18 years and this is one of the cleanest, best maintained, and most thoughtfully appointed properties we've rented - we hope to return for more pampering relaxation.

Exceeded all expectations!

Words cannot do justice to this beautiful home! As you enter the front door, you will immediately be overwhelmed by this beautiful waterfront property, filled with impeccable style and amenities throughout. The owners have thought of every possible detail that guests will need to feel comfortable and right at home. This home is spotless, beds are comfortable, and showers are luxurious. Although we were provided with restaurant options, we decided to stay and utilize the gourmet kitchen and grill instead, as no one in our party wanted to leave this house! We enjoyed using the games and outdoor gas fire pit, although the second “natural” fire pit was stocked and ready for use as well. Should you choose to stay in this home, plan on not ever wanting to leave :) We will definitely return to this gem!

Dream house

We have rented many VRBO homes in the past in many different states. This house and it's owners have exeeded every single one. It was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail is over the top. From the basket of smores fixings in the kitchen to the extra toothbrushes, razors and toiletries, it left nothing to be desired. Appliances and dishes are the top of the line, the kitchen was fully stocked. The rain shower was amazing. I cannot say enough positive things. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners Micha and Ryan who live next door. Wonderful people who were reachable at all times. The house is also located close to many things. Louisville, the bourbon tour, stores. Our favirite thing was to just sit on the beautiful deck and watch the boats on the river.The only negative was that we had to leave. We will definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend this home to anyone who will treat it with respect. Just beautiful inside and out! Evita Holder

Our annual girls' getaway weekend is always absolutely amazing in this incredible riverfront home! Immaculately clean, abundantly stocked kitchen along with coffee supplies, plenty of beds and linens, and the view and environment is life-renewing! The deck and fire pit along with S'Mores supplies are an added bonus- we like to watch the water traffic and wave to boaters also! We love this home and it's hosts, they are incredible and always available. Highly recommend!

Ryan and I are thrilled to provide you with our newly remodeled and curated home! We love this area and had the opportunity to purchase the house near ours. We have a blended family of 6 kids ages 22-28 and one precious grandson.
We both grew up on the east coast, but have been in this part of the country for years. Graduates of Purdue and Towson State University. Renovating this home and designing it has been a labor of love for both of us. We pray that you can create wonderful memories on our property as you enjoy the calming effect of the water. We are available to you if you need anything - but we tried to anticipate almost any need you could have! We would love to meet you when you visit - but are completely good with allowing you your privacy if you prefer. The decision is yours!

Being on the water is so calming to me. It has always been a dream of my husband's to live on the water. We moved into our home on the river in 2020, and were blessed to purchase this home in the fall of 2022 and completely renovate it. It has ALL been touched - new floors, wall, paint, ceiling, beams, furniture, appliances, bathrooms... We wanted to provide a calm, relaxing oasis that is a perfect waterfront getaway. I love to cook so I aimed to stock the kitchen with so much more than the basics. We also love our coffee so the coffee and tea bar is also fully stocked!

We LOVE the fact that you can view the river from every room. Having sliding doors to private decks from each bathroom and the living room were wonderful selling points for us. Then the sunroom topped it off. The area is quiet - and SO convenient to almost anything in the area. Easy access to Jeffersonville and Clarksville, IN (12 minutes), Northeast Louisville (11 minutes), downtown Louisville (19 minutes); Churchill Downs (23 minutes), New Albany (17 minutes).
