Spacious renovated restaurant with plenty space and close to The Field of Dreams

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This newly renovated home once was a restaurant and 3 apartments. Now, the combined 6000 sq. ft. home offers 3 kitchens, 4 living areas, bar seats 32, 4 washers/dryers, 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. It can occupy up to 30 guests with numerous indoor and outdoor activities- 3 pickleball courts, a volleyball court, and basketball. 5 miles from the Field of Dreams Movie Site. Across the street is Rolling Knolls Golf Course.
The rate on weekends includes up to 20 people ($1200) and the weekday rate ($600) includes up to 10. If you want to book for more people than what is already included in the price, please let me know and we can work on pricing for that. We love this property and look forward to others loving it just as much and making memories that will never be forgotten. Can't wait for you to book with us!

Great time. So much room and with 20 people that was appreciated! Everyone enjoyed the ping pong, poot table and basketball games. the first night it stormed so we couldn't go outside but there was plenty to do for both kids and adults! Everyone enjoyed the pickle ball court and we has a fun game of wiffle ball on the mowed space! Kitchen was spacious and allowed for our sons to be chefs! Plenty of towels and blankets and most of the beds were comfortable! Hosts made us feel welcome by meeting with us and having a big pan of homemade cookies for us to enjoy!

This place was perfect for our family get-together. It looks much better in person than the on-line pictures. Don't hesitate if you're thinking about booking this property

Baseball team

Perfect place to stay. Great location to get to fields for baseball tournament. Plenty of space and things to do to keep the kids (& andults) entertained. Great host family!!

Vacation Rental for All Ages: Spacious, Cozy, and Fun Amenities

We recently stayed at the Family of Dreams Vacation Rental in Dyersville, IA, with a group of 17 people, ranging in age from 9 to 57. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. The property felt like home with its open space and cozy atmosphere. There were plenty of places to relax and hang out, both inside and outside. Inside, we enjoyed ping pong, billiards, basketball, Golden Tee, and poker. Outside, the big field, pickleball court, and basketball net were a hit. The open concept of the home was wonderful, and the comfortable couch was perfect for late-night movies and afternoon naps. No one felt crowded, and you didn’t have to be near anyone unless you wanted to be. We loved sitting at the bar for dinner and watching traffic and the golf course from the front windows. The Sonos system provided great music. The location was ideal, with easy access to Dyersville and attractions like the Field of Dreams Movie Site. We also enjoyed the hiking trails and the sandy beach at Backbone State Park in Dundee, IA. The ample sleeping arrangements and spacious restaurant kitchen were standout features. The large kitchen was great for preparing and serving meals, and the griddle was perfect for making breakfast to order. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The multiple bathrooms were beneficial with our large group. Overall, this property was perfect for our diverse age group and everyone found something to love. We highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing,

Perfect!

Tony and Abby were amazing. Communication was instant, they were very accommodating and Tony met us at the house for a quick walk-through before handing over the key...as well as a ton of cupcakes with a personal message for our baseball boys. We had about 28 people (adult to small kids) stay at the house but throughout the weekend over 60 people enjoyed every inch of the space. The bar and TVs were perfect for parent socialization while the kids could play any imaginable grame around us. The same held true for outside. Tons of seating, 3 grills and more games were spot on. We completely recommend for any baseball group, we came to Iowa for the Field of Dreams tournament but left with much more than playing some games, we left with a lifetime of memories! :)

Fabulous House

The pictures do not do this place justice! This house is beyond amazing. Activities for all ages and plenty of room for a full baseball team and families. The owners were more than accommodating with our baseball schedule as well. This place is a must rent for any ages.

We are the Ball family- Tony, Abby, Cecelia, Vincent, Kior, Makenna, Omari, Estelle, Calvin, and Lawrence. Tony and I are both in the education field and are able to enjoy the summers with our children. We LOVE adventures and taking on new opportunities...so here we are! In 2022, we renovated this space, which once was 3 apartments and a restaurant to become our home. During the summer, we love to camp and find new places to explore, which led us to make this a vacation rental during the summer months. We hope others find enjoyment in the space, both indoors and outdoors, as we do.
We work hard to instill in our children that you should never stop dreaming and working hard to reach the dreams you set out for...we truly are a family of dreamers and always await the next dream to come true. Here's to the dreams yet to come...
