A stunning mountain abode, this Bear Hollow private home has it all! A stand-alone property in the Bear Hollow neighborhood adjacent to Utah's famous Olympic park and ski jumps, this elegantly furnished mountain modern private home sleeps 10, Peloton bike included!

On the Main level there is a cozy living room with modern fireplace, a fashionable dining area and gourmet kitchen perfect for holiday meals. On that same level a beautifully appointed outdoor space with grill and fire pit make après ski relaxation enjoyable.

Two King master bedrooms, one with an ensuite bath the other with an adjacent bath, offer ample adult privacy. Two additional bedrooms; a bunk bed room with four Twin beds, and a bedroom offering a Full bed that both share a hallway bath and are perfect for adults, teens or children, offering a diversity of bedding for various travel groups.

The lower level living space is perfect for all ages as well, with a spacious recreation living area sectional for movie watching, billiard table that converts to ping pong and lots of room to sprawl out in the evenings. The hot tub is offered on the lower level as well, offering privacy as it is nestled under the cove of the upper deck.

Bear hollow is perfectly positioned as a central location in Park City, easily accessible and within a few miles of all three world class ski resorts in Park City. With close proximity to Olympic Park, guests can take a tour of the facilities or take the bus across the street to the Redstone shopping district offering food, shopping, and entertainment options.

Just a stop light away from the Canyons Village area, guests of Bear Hollow enjoy close driving or shuttle proximity to the Canyons Ski area. Bear Hollow is just a 5 minute drive to Park City historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley.

Bear Hollow is one of the only neighborhoods in town offering an outdoor pool, clubhouse, and fitness facility, making it a hot spot for summer getaways and family travel in the warm months! Hiking, biking, and swimming are easily enjoyed while staying at Bear Hollow 98.

Relaxing Stay

We love the layout of the house. This is our second year staying there and allows enough room for the family to spread out. Kitchen is open and serviceable since we cook in most of the time.

Perfect house and location. It was VERY clean. The mattresses were actually comfortable (unlike most rentals I have stayed in). The house came equipped with everything you needed, including a child highchair, tons of kid plates and utensils, and toys. The management company was quick to respond with any inquiries / concerns. We all agreed we will be renting this house again! This was seriously one of the best houses I have rented.

Great stay

Very spacious, and clean and great seating for large family meals. Bedrooms were spacious and accommodating. Garage was nice to have to keep car warm and store gear. Nice view out the family room window. We did need to have several light bulbs replaced in kitchen and master bath. A can opener fire kitchen would be helpful. We overall great stay and will be back again.

This house was able to accommodate all of our needs and then some. It was spacious and cozy with all of the amenities of a home. The beds were comfy and the showers had amazing water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Bear Hollow

This property fit our family really well and was positioned right between the shopping and restaurants at Kimball Junction and the Canyons resort . It was right near the Olympic Park which was neat . Loved the multiple levels of living rooms, because we had a mixture of kids and adults. Great stay !

Great locatio , Memorable stay

Bear Hollow was a great location for our stay and local to the activities we planned . We got a lot of use out of the lower level game area, and the kitchen was properly outfitted with housewares which was nice . It was a pleasant surprise that the garage and driveway was substantial and fit our vehicles as we often find that Park City area homes have very little to no parking for the size group that the home sleeps . This was a nice feature . Would stay again !

Great trip and ideal location for our group

This home was perfect for our group . Easy access to Redstone shopping and the Canyons area, and just a few minutes to Main Street in downtown Park City. Lots to do here with the common area amenities and the lower level of this home had fun offerings for kids . Great experience .

Well stocked for large groups, Great stay

We appreciated staying in a single family home in Bear Hollow this time, after having stayed in many townhomes . It was very well stocked for bigger groups and dinner meals . Views from the deck were nice , and my wife thought the furnishings were very unique and fashionable, where other Bear Hollows we've enjoyed have been a little dated . Management was responsive as well . We would definitely book again .

Great vacation home

We loved our stay at this home. It was large, had great amenities, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end every day. My husband loved playing billiards each day with the kids. The few problems that came up were resolved very quickly. And the AC worked great!!!

The basement got pretty cold at night while the main level and upstairs stayed perfect temperature. Wish they had the pool sticks, pool balls and ping pong equipment so we could play but there was only the table there. The pool was fun and just a short walk from the house. Would stay here again!
