Beautiful Beaver Island getaway

i’ve had multiple exterminators and multiple deep cleanings in the house to rid the house of all mice. The house sits on 3 1/2 acres of woods. It’s a beautiful setting, but it is woodsy. Additionally, I have installed a new TV upstairs, I added cable TV to the house, I put all new pots and pans in the kitchen, I have put all new furniture on the back deck. I want everybody to have a great stay and a nice time on Beaver Island. Additionally, I’ve even bought multiple sets of new sheets to make sure the bedding is as comfortable as can be. It’s a great house. I have a 19 foot aluminum boat on a trailer that is there for anyone who wants to use it. If you want a motor, you must go to town and rent it or bring your own.. probably the boat needed cleaned because it had sat for the winter, but I have since taken care of it. The fishing is great on Beaver Island!!

The windows upstairs do open. Both doors on either end of the first floor also open creating plenty of ventilation for the home. The home was built solely from wood sourced from Beaver Island. Like many of the homes sourced from wood on the island these homes all have a similar smell. This home has never had a moisture problem and therefore is not musty. What you are smelling is Beaver Island wood. The folks that clean my home clean approximately 10 other homes on the island most all of them smell the exact same way. I have gone to Great lengths to rid the house of all mice. The house sits empty for approximately six months of the year and is located in the middle of 3 1/2 acres of woods. Is a beautiful setting, but it is woodsy over the winter, a severe ice storm blew open the window upstairs that somebody had left unlocked and broke it. I have since been to the island and replaced that window. i’ve also put all new pots and pans in the kitchen. I’ve also added an additional smart TV. I’ve also added a new set of furniture for the back deck. I have also ordered, but it has not arrived yet, A new fire pit for the backyard. additionally, I have paid a local gentleman from the island to go through the woods and clean out any and all dead trees and the property looks great!

The house has never had a moisture problem. The house does not have a bad odor. What the house smells like a house that was sourced strictly from wood on the island. The people who clean my house clean approximately 10 other houses many of them sourced from wood on the island like mine. They all smell the same way. It is not displeasurable. I have since been to the Island and made sure the Internet is up-to-date. The Internet was knocked out by an ice storm over the winter. Unfortunately, TDS got way behind on restoring it for everyone .Additionally, I’ve put a new smart TV upstairs. I added cable TV to the house. I put all new pots and pans in the house. I’ve had multiple deep cleanings and exterminators in the house. I have also purchased new furniture for the back deck and a new fire pit for the backyard. i’ve also purchased multiple sets of new sheets. my goal is for everybody to have a good experience at my house. I have taken multiple steps to make sure everything is good to go going forward and I am thankful for the feedback but sorry for your experience. I would explain personal items for the simple fact that this house belongs to me and not the Marriott. Of course it has personal items. You rented it on VRBO.
