This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is walking distance to the white sandy beach that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, No damage from the hurricane. Overlooks the pool and waterway where you often can see dolphins and manatees with beautiful views of the sunset each evening. Close to Times Square, boat and jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, fishing excursions, kayak and bike rentals on the island. For beach access, as you exit resort go left to the crosswalk the sign says private access but that does include Santa Maria Harbor Resort. Pickleball court on property.

Remodeled kitchen comes fully furnished including: coffee pot, crockpot, and blender.

In addition, the condo has a full size washer and dryer along with beach towels. Living room has couch, two lazy boys, tv with cable/wifi and mini fridge. Grills available by pool to cookout.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and the complex is quiet. Lots of construction still going on in the surrounding area but good to see Ft Myers beach coming back to life after Hurricane Ian.

Perfect Piece of Paradise

We had an amazing time at this property. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms were a perfect size, the beds very comfortable, and the overall vibe of the condo was just so calming. The pool was a great amenity, it was the perfect temperature for some very hot days. The condo is across the street from the beach, and was not a bad walk at all. There were so many small and unique touches in the condo that were so nice. Extra hooks to hang towels, plenty of towels. Two of the three bedrooms had ceiling fans, the other had a table fan. Parking was plentiful, and the property being on the south end of Ft. Myers is less congested and more peaceful. We really enjoyed that, having a private access to the beach, it was like having the beach to ourselves. The owner Cindy was always just a text away if we needed anything, (Which we didn't) so there was great communication before our arrival, and at our departure. Highly recommend for the perfect beach getaway. We can't wait to plan our next visit.

Spring Break with teens

We had a great time! Beautiful area, lots to do! Our friends were able to stay in Santa Maria as well in a nearby unit so teens could be together on spring break. Condo was close to everything we needed and away from high traffic area. It was very clean, beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and pool/hotub were great!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. There are six of us and there was plenty of room. Everything was so Prestine. Cindy is so on top of everything and very responsive. The pool was our favorite. If you’re looking to book somewhere for a family vacation, this is the place!

Excellent Family Stay

Overall excellent place to stay with your family! Great space, cleanliness, and amenities. Pool is awesome and a short walk to the beach. The owner/host was awesome to communicate with and provided all kinds of recommendations for places to go and eat! Would definitely recommend!

Nice oasis in the midst of ongoing Hurricane Ian destruction. Easy access to Lovers key, Sanibel, and the beach. Perfect pool and hot tub.

Christmas Family Vacation

The communication with condo owner was outstanding response time with in 1 hr. Condo was very clean and very roomy for my family of 6. Location was perfect across the road from the beach. Highly recommend this Condo for family vacations on Fort Myers Beach.

Great Beach Vacation

This condo was exactly what we wanted. The 3 bedrooms accommodated our family perfectly. We spent mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the peacefulness and great views. During the day we spent time at the beach across the street and the remainder of days at the pool! We had a great beach vacation and will definitely stay again.

Cozy atmosphere

My husband and I are from Michigan. We rented for years at Santa Maria before buying. We are retired and the condo is our oasis. We love boating, fishing, golfing and biking to Lovers Key or Times Square.

We are on the South end which is not crazy like the North end. Everyone is so friendly and the sunsets from sitting on our lanai or walking across the street to the beach are Amazing. Many times I see the dolphins & manatees from my bedroom window.
