This is a family-friendly gated community. There is a private barn and workshop located across the driveway from the home and a private home further up the drive. The area immediately around the home is what you will have access to. This is the first of many planned rental cabins in this family-friendly gated community, so there could be construction happening around the surrounding properties during normal business hours.

Please be aware, cellphone service in the mountains can be very limited. If you are unable to get service at the Welcome House, once you are connected to the network, you have the option of turning on your Wi-Fi calling. Please be aware that you may have to check with your provider to enable this service.

This is a gated home.
The roads leading to the home are paved.
The gate entrance and driveway is gravel.
Driveway is moderately steep, it can accommodate 3 vehicles in the drive and 1-2 in the additional lower parking area.

We request a supplemental rental agreement with the platform’s terms. Guests are not entitled to refunds for violations. Charges of nonpunitive amounts detailed in agreement are as follows : $500 per unauthorized animal or late checkout; $150 per extra person per day. Additional $100, plus invoiced amounts for damages, cleaning, fines, and key return failure. Septic pumping is a $500 minimum. Only flush toilet paper. Additional information on fees available in renters agreement upon official reservation.
