Comfortable Cool Mountain Retreat🌸

Welcome to the Blue Bird Trail House!
This MidCentury home is filled with art, light, and love. This is my world shared with you. When I’m not home, I travel in a converted van, riding my bike in the mountains.

This centrally located 3 bedroom 3 bath home, within the family oriented
neighborhood of Coconino Estates, has easy access to cross country skiing, hiking and biking trails, and a playground for children, right out the back gate. Restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and Heritage Square are 1 mile south, and just 8 miles to Snowbowl Ski Area. As a bonus, the friendliest place to grab pizza and beer is just 2 blocks away.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with a walk in shower. Rooms 2 and 3 have queen sized beds and share a bath with a tub. Towels are provided, and are located in the vanity drawers. All bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with cozy duvet comforters, circulation fans, and supplemental heaters. There are additional pillows and blankets located in the closets.

In the winter months, stay cozy with the instant heat of the gas fireplace in the living area, and an adjustable gas furnace. In the Summer months Flagstaff is the coolest place in Arizona. Enjoy sunshine, coffee, and the Farmers Market in the morning and then a brief Monsoon shower in the afternoon which can bring the outside temperature to a pleasant 65 degrees in a matter of minutes. Just one of the many reasons Flagstaff is a special place!

All of the home is accessible with the exception of my art studio and workshop.
