El Country Mountain Getaway está ubicado en la parte trasera de los picos de San Francisco en el norte de Arizona, a solo 10 minutos de la hermosa Flagstaff, AZ. The house was absolutely wonderful! It was perfect for our snowboarding trip and had just enough space. It was decorated for Christmas and felt so homey for the time we were there! Has all the amenities you could need and a perfect size.

Great Little House

I enjoyed my stay tremendously at this comfortable little house. It was very clean, well stocked with everything you might need, and loved the location north of Flagstaff with a great view of the mountains, especially since they were snow covered. I will certainly return again in the near future. A couple of minor things it needs: 1) the kitchen faucet handle needs repair. It's loose. 2) need a new TV remote. The button (enter) is not functioning properly. Everything else was perfect !!

Cozy property

This home is really cute and located perfectly for a hunting cabin or if you are planning on doing trips to the Grand Canyon. We aren't city people, so we enjoyed the rural neighborhood and dark skies. It's very clean and has all of the amenities.

Exceptional 5-Day Stay in Flagstaff with Furry Friends

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending 5 days at this incredible VRBO property in Flagstaff, Arizona. The accommodations and furnishings were exactly as described, and our puppies had an absolute blast during our stay. The house had ample space for the two of us and pups. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The outdoor spaces, including the front yard and fire pit, were wonderful. One of the highlights for our puppies was the easy access many local trails. They loved exploring the trails and dog parks in Flagstaff and Sedona. The fenced-in yard also gave them a safe space to play and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The location of the property was ideal, with downtown Flagstaff and its abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. We also took advantage of the easy access to hiking trails and day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Williams.

Lovely winter getaway

My mom and I booked this for a winter getaway and a base to visit the Grand Canyon. We are Phoenicians but know flagstaff. The place was nice, clean, convenient and safe. The only problems were the microwave did not work and I filtered in my search for places with a hot tub and this place appeared in my results and a hot tub was listed in the amenities section. But there was no hot tub. The owner/neighbor was still cleaning when we arrived…but only a few moments after check in time did we have to wait for her to finish. She was nice. The rental is on property with the owners so if you want total privacy they did respect of but I felt they were close. And of course we heard the dogs and the roosters which we didn’t mind but just giving feedback. I would rent it again even though there were some disappointments I felt it was clean, safe and convenient.

Enjoyable base camp

Accomodations were nice and loved the relatively quiet location compared to others we’ve stayed in Flagstaff. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and while on outskirts of Flagstaff, still really easy to get around and visit our daughter at NAU, go to restaurants, and go on hikes. Would definitely stay again…

We have a family of five and thought this place was perfect for us. Our two youngest (8, 12) fit perfect on the couches while my oldest had a room to himself. It was a little rough at times only having one bathroom, but it was a great place to stay in.

Unique Country Working Vacation

We brought our 15 year old poodle with us on our working vacation. It was perfect for us. Nice little enclosed yard so qe could let her out and in very easily without having to leash her luke we do at our townhome.

Hello! I am a stay at home mom to 4 awesome kiddos and wife to a great husband, Tim. I graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. My husband is a local contractor and together we have built a home that we would hope to stay with our own family.

Growing up on a farm in rural Colorado I have always been around and loved animals. We don’t currently have as many animals as I grew up with but we do have 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 16 chickens on our property. Hopefully the fully fenced yard is a nice dog run for any furry friends guests bring along with them.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our property was built ground up on the back corner of our personal property. A piece of property that was neglected by the previous owners. We bought the original house as an unlivable/condemned foreclosure. After a few months of gutting and rebuilding the house we made it into our home. After transforming the interior we moved to the exterior. On our personal property we built knocked down the waist high weeds and planned out the garden area, kids play area, and Grass/patio/gazebo area. The next summer we added a chicken coop. With my husband building custom homes he had the itch to build a small guest house on the back corner of our acre lot. Within a year we had it up and I was able to put in the interior touches. We hope this house and it’s location can be the destination of some amazing memories for you and your guests!
