This beautiful, brand-new cottage has georeous furnishings, new appliances and the feel of a restful vacation as you land. It’s split into two levels. Enjoy the main floors modern open space, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four and the most adorable breakfast nook that holds six. Comfortable living area with a wrap-around couch and flat screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming services. The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom. To end your day, enjoy the outside patio with two sets of seating and a gas grill.

The upstairs has two separate large bedrooms The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom can sleep 8. It has 2 queen bunkbeds (so 4 queen beds) Plus is has a foosball table along with a stand up arcade!
We've also placed 4 bikes in the garage for your use and enjoyment.

Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). It is also close to many other popular hiking destinations.

Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is generally open from April - October.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.
