Enjoy the main floors modern open space, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four and the most adorable breakfast nook that holds six. Comfortable living area with a wrap-around couch and flat screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming services. The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom. To end your day, enjoy the outside patio with two sets of seating, decorative firepit, hot tub and a gas grill.

The upstairs has two separate large bedrooms The first bedroom has a king size bed, one double bed and a pullout single trundle, can sleep five. The second bedroom can also sleep five. It has a king size bed and one double bed under a single bed bunk. Both rooms have their own private bathroom and flat screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming services. Great home for individual small families or a bunch of kids!

The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
