Lake Tower Lodge is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience and luxury property where families, clients, or colleagues, can come together. With over 4,000 sq feet, six sleeping rooms, four full bathrooms, and a tower as well as a variety of indulgent amenity spaces including a 7 person hot tub, a theater, bar, and game room, it is large enough to host spectacular golf outings, family vacations, or corporate retreats including educational seminars and client getaways.

Our lodge sits on nearly two acres of serene land and is Lakeside of Lake Arrowhead. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a wooded property to the west offering additional privacy. Access is provided to Lake Arrowhead Association’s four private lake centers with private beaches, boat launches, playgrounds and shelters as well as all the resort amenities including seasonal pools, a variety of sport centers, a chalet with indoor fireplace, hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and more.
Premier golf is just a short drive away at either Sand Valley Golf Resort or Lake Arrowhead Association’s The Lakes or The Pines golf courses.
The county offers numerous ATV and Snowmobile trails. Great food and entertainment are within walking distance at Hoozles at the Lake which offers outdoor weekend entertainment during the summers. The restaurant and bar is open throughout the year. During the summer the Shermalot ski team performs every Saturday on Lake Arrowhead at the public beach. Lake Petenwell, Lake Sherwood, and Lake Camelot are minutes away with fun restaurants and bars sprinkled along their shores.


Guests will be provided with a door code for both front and back doors for flexible check-in and easy access. Guests will also be provided with information for how to access Lake Arrowhead Association’s Lake centers and other amenities prior to check-in.

The Lodge was conceptualized, designed, and built by its owners, opening in 2024. The husband-and-wife team have a background in the design and construction industries. They designed this retreat with the goal of creating an immersive experience, where you can feel just a little bit of magic including a new outdoor 7 person hot tub with lake views. The design of each room has been exceptionally curated and crafted. Numerous custom features and hand-crafted elements make this lodge truly unique.
The house and property were designed around the concept of sustainability and creative decarbonization. This includes high-efficiency systems, however, the real magic is in the reimagining of materials. The design team sourced existing products and materials that they were able to bring into a new life for a true cradle to cradle design.
Looking for a Kitchen large enough to cook for your whole gathering? The kitchen and dining area has ample room and is fully equipped, including a six-burner gas stove with electric convection oven, and accessories for your full chef experience. The space includes a custom table for 10, a peninsula seating six, and an island seating three.
The living room includes two couches, additional seating, an electric fireplace with heater, as well as a smart Frame TV. The space extends out to the elevated deck that overlooks Lake Arrowhead.
Each of the bedrooms as well as the tower have their own unique feel and experience. These include The Prairie Suite, The Forest Suite, The State Bedroom, The Yellowstone Bedroom, The Up Nort Bedroom, and the Tower. All Bedrooms include a queen size bed, 4 of the bedrooms also feature an adjustable mattress, there is an additional full size futon or sofa bed in two bedrooms, and each bedroom includes a smart TV.
The 6th sleeping room is the Retreat Tower. With views of the lake, sunset, and wildlife this elevated space also features a business center and is filled with organic art creating a space which is both inspiring and peaceful.
Two ottoman sleepers in the Theater offer additional sleeping options.
The four full baths include a main bathroom with shower, a suite bathroom with steam shower, a suite bathroom with a couple’s shower, and a lower-level bathroom with shower/tub combination.
The property hosts a well-appointed bar with a lake view. Greenery and views to the outside create the sense of relaxing on a patio. It includes a commercial bar set up including seating for eight, an ice maker, a wine/beer refrigerator, and a multi-compartment sink with a glass washer.
The theater includes, a 65” television and a 120” electronic projection screen with projector, as well as flexible and reclining theater style elevated seating for twelve. The theater is perfect for watching your favorite movie or sports event. If you are hosting a corporate retreat, it offers an exceptional environment for giving an educational seminar. Both the TV and projector are Smart Ruko devices and guests are welcome to log into their own preferred streaming service or plug your computer directly into the television.
The entertainment continues with a game room decorated with 90 vintage board games on the ceiling and walls. It has a vintage pinball machine, a bumper pool table that has a removable poker table top, two arcade game machines one has 10,000 games, darts, and more.
Outdoor gathering areas in view of Lake Arrowhead include an elevated deck with dining area, patio, hot tub, gas firepit and soft seating, and a tower balcony. Have a s’more at an additional cozy wood fire pit area nestled within a private corner of the property. A private 24’ dock on lake arrowhead is accessed directly from the property by stairs. A water recreation package is available for an additional fee which includes kayaks, SUPs, a row boat, and canoe. Motorized Boat launch at lake center or public launch.
The Lodge is located within a few miles of premier golfing including Sand Valley Golf Resort as well as Lake Arrowhead Association’s two golf courses, The Lakes and The Pines.
Guests have access to the Lake Arrowhead Association resort amenities including a pool, four private lake centers, numerous sports areas including volleyball, basketball, tennis, baseball, archery, ice skating, and more.
The association and Adam’s County offer snowshoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, ATV, and snowmobile trails. Lake Tower Lodge is sits directly on Lake Arrowhead and is within minutes of Lake Petenwell, Lake Sherwood, and Lake Camelot.

Lake Tower Lodge is located in the heart of Wisconsin for easy access by car. The nearest airport is Wausau/Marshfield (CWA) Airport. Other nearby airports include Appleton (ATW), Green Bay (GRB) and Madison (MSN).

The Lodge is designed as an immersive experience and filled with numerous custom features, furniture, artwork and more.
It may not well suited for children. Although children are allowed it is at your own risk and responsibility. Parents please refer to house rules for additional information.
