Firstly, the check in process was simple. Secondly, the location was great for what I wanted to do...walking distance to explore Victoria and a short Bolt ride to Nadur. Thirdly, the place is cute and all I needed for a couple of nights whilst exploring Gozo.I met Jeremy briefly as he helped resolve the first lack of internet connection, and he was friendly, helpful and chatty.The reasons for the 3 stars...The first star related to the mattress is past its use by date and you can feel each spring in it, which didn't make for a great night's sleep. The pillows were great, the mattress not so much. The second star related to the road noise - if you like a late sleep on your holidays, bring your ear plugs, because the road is surprisingly busy, Maltese drivers love a heavy right foot, and the door isn't sound proof, so the cars sound like they are driving through the apartment. A heavyweight floor to ceiling curtain, I expect would make a huge difference. Finally, the internet was very hit and miss. Jeremy fixed the first outage but the second one occurred when I arrived home too late to bother him and remained an issue on the last morning.
