Good stay, nice resort community with amenities. Quiet too. Resort pool and town house pool were fun. Location is close to Disney, although watch for traffic. Handy to have coffee filters provided.

Family trip to Disney.

Everything in the condo was just as advertised. The rooms were large and well decorated and the pool was a plus to enjoy after a busy day at the theme parks. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spring break

We had a great stay at Mike's property. He was a wonderful host and worked with us when we needed to book an extra night at the last minute. The bedroom themes were a nice change from the typical princess and Mickey Mouse. My only minor suggestion would be some new rags and towels.

This place was definitely a 5 star place. Very clean and we loved the decorations. The communication was extremely great. Quick responses, and detailed messages. We also stayed during Hurricane Milton and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and was safe. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great house, plenty of room for 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Would probably replace pillows. Pool was relaxing. Heat was definitely worth it! Easy areas to walk pups around

Our 3rd time stsying at windsor hills forst time at this property. Loved the town house so much room and our own pool. Decor was great too. A couple cleaning issues dust on the cieling bc of the vents. Over all we loved the place and will definitely stay again

We absolutely loved our stay, to the point we extended our stay. Walking in, it was easy to notice how clean and well kept the place was. The resort pool / kids splash pad was a highlight of our trip, my 2 year old loved it more than Seaworld Lol. Perfect rooms and accommodations for our family. Gate check-in was easy and you’re right by a Walmart incase you forgot anything! Will be a regular 1x per year when we visit Orlando!

Family Fun in Florida

A+ experience. Owner was easy to communicate with during each phase of booking and check-in. Condo was well-decorated with movie posters, which our son loved. Unit was located in a quiet gated community. We could easily take our small dog for walks. It was very convenient, just a few miles from the amusement parks. We loved every moment of our stay. I would highly recommend this property and owner. We would definitely stay here again for another parks vacation.

We are kinda picky w/a few things1) cleanliness 2) surroundings and 3)home itself.. We thought all 3 were great… The pool was very nice, the area was pleasant (neighborhood was quiet even with all the people there). We appreciated the gated security .. It was clean…..and the house was cute. Very homey and welcoming

Spring break vacation

The townhouse is spacious, had everything we needed. Very neat and clean. Decorated really cute. The pool was heated as stated and very clean, the kids enjoyed it very much! The only thing was the construction behind us that woke us up bright and early. We thought we was getting a place with green grass and trees behind us but we got beeping equipment and lots of banging.

Amazing Home

This home was wonderful. Perfect for a family, had everything that is needed for a home away from home stay. The Beds are comfortable, the pool space is small but perfect for a family of 4. The Stairs are very steep, so be prepared for that, but the decorations and displays for the home are so nice. Air works great!! The Club house is a short walk away and has many options for the whole family. Activities planned every day for the kids, including a movie every night. Close to everything!! I Give this Home 5 stars!! A must stay!!

Recommended corner townhouse

Worked well for four adults. Would be perfect for family of 5/6. Nice. Clean. Good secure. Location close to Disney. Five minute walk to resort pool, grill, overflow parking. The master is upstairs. Steep. Only one, small parking place. See note above on overflow.

Totally satisfied

It was exactly as described with the bonus being one of the 3 bedrooms is on the main floor with a full bathroom . The framed pictures are exact in knowing the owner's choice of Marvel characters and Disney . It may or may not be your preference but the pictures on web site are accurate. Heating the pool for an extra charge was worth it , we loved it. The unit's location was perfect for Disney. Communication with the owner is huge for me and it was very timely. The larger pool and many activity amenities at Windsor Hills were a big plus that was included as a part of the reservation.

Nice house & neighborhood w a few issues

House was nice. We had a party of 5 stay here (one adult, a couple, 2 kids…room setup was perfect) and the 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms was perfect. The small pool was nice and my kids played in it a lot. They also enjoyed the water park which was only a short walk away. While we enjoyed our stay there were a few things to note. The toilets were horrible at flushing…didn’t matter what went in it took two or more flushes. The fridge was slightly cool at best…with it set on its coldest setting. The downstairs bed was very uncomfortable according to the person who slept on it. The AC would randomly switch to heat and be set to 80 + degrees. This was incredibly uncomfortable when getting home from a park day and walking into a 90 degree house. The pool area could use a good sweeping and probably a vacuum of the pool itself as one of my kids cut their toe on the bottom and the other said it was sharp on the bottom. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the place would be amazing if the few things we addressed were fixed.

Once upon a time in a faraway land, a young prince lived in a shining castle…Oh no, wait a minute, different story…

Our true story started with our kids who told us when we took them to Walt Disney World, “Daddy, this is the best day ever!”, and this is when we realized we have to buy a vacation home here so we can enjoy more moments like this with my family. Our Florida dream came true on May of 2017 when we went to Orlando for a week-long conference. We immediately fell in love with the city, weather, and all the exciting things we could do with our family here.

Call us crazy! We took a leap of faith and purchased our first vacation home in Florida within 2 months after we left Orlando...and it changed our lives forever.

We started our vacation rental business journey without any experience, but we knew if we kept our home clean, comfortable, fun, and unique, and made sure each guest got stellar guest service, people would book our home and continue to come year after year. Right after we purchased our first home, we began working on the design and remodel. Our goal is to give our guests, the "Best-Day-Ever" experience our kids told us when we first brought them to Disney. We made sure every room, corner, and wall had something special. We want our guests to book our home and feel excited about coming to a magical place. Our slogan is, “Don’t Let the Fun End at The Parks!”.
With this new home being a smashing success and, in such demand, we knew we had to purchase more homes so more families can enjoy. Fast forward today, we now have 20+ homes near Disney to serve our guests.

We love making memories here with our two kids, and we know your family will love it here too. So, this is us; a family suited for fun!
