Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb in Las Vegas, just minutes away from the famous Las Vegas Strip & Allegiant Stadium! Our newly renovated condo is located in a gated community just outside the strip, yet still close to all the action and excitement that Las Vegas has to offer.
Our condo features two spacious bedrooms that are equipped with Smart TV’s, as well as two full bathrooms with plush towels and toiletries. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a large 55’ flat-screen Smart TV & a comfy large sofa chaise.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the cookware/utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a home-cooked meal. The kitchen opens up to the living/dining area with access to the inviting outdoor patio.
The master bedroom is very large and has a queen-size memory foam bed, a ’50 inch Smart TV, a large shower/bath combo and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam topper, ’43 inch Smart TV, a large closet and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
We also offer Wi-Fi and YouTube TV, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking is included and there is plenty of space for you and your guest around the corner from the unit. RV parking is subject to availability.
Our condo is just a short 8 min drive to the Las Vegas Strip & 5 min drive to Allegiant Stadium, where you can experience world-class entertainment, fine dining, and exciting nightlife. We are also conveniently located near shopping centers, grocery stores, and other amenities.
