Amazing.. Picture Perfect, stayed 5 days 4 nights. Love the views of the strip and the Spear. My Host replied instantly and made sure I was taken care of, everything was clean and fresh. Much to like, a good deal

The apartment is actually a spacious junior suite in the MGM Signature, attractive in part because users can still use all the building's amenities and avoid MGM's 42-a-day resort fee and parking fees. There's plenty of room, a useful fridge, microwave and two electric burners to deal with leftovers, etc. Everything worked. It's also cool to step to the window and see what the Sphere is sporting.It's in Tower 3, closest to Harmon Avenue, and if the weather is agreeable the walk to Las Vegas Blvd. and The Cosmopolitan and Crystals is about 12-13 minutes on foot. A coffee upgrade would be nice, as the only in-room option is a small drip machine and the 1/4-mile walk to the Starbucks in Tower 1 was not the most convenient (although indoors all the way).

Vegas comfort bargain

The property is very nice and the rooms/mini suite is large and has all the features of other luxury stays in Vegas. No resort fees, Free valet and MGM pool access made it the best bargain I found. Thank you

The show unit shows well. The bed was very comfortable and linens good quality. TV…we did have a TV but it didn’t work. My husband found it was not hooked up to power. It took him over a half an hour to hook it up…. it was extremely tight conditions, and he had to use the light from his phone to see. There are no ceiling lights in the area. Remote control batteries are dying. We were disappointed that there were no laundries facilities available because we only stayed 2 nights (3week road trip) Kitchen very limited…there were only 2 dinner knifes, a few spoons and forks. Only 2 dinner plates left of the 4 piece set .1 small pot and I frying pan….no kettle. There was a 4 cup coffee maker missing the brewing basket. Surprised to see only 2 packs of coffee for a two night stay. Nice wine fridge. Valet service and parking was outstanding. You are not allowed in the unit until exactly 3 o’clock…no exceptions! If you want a clean place to stay this is perfect.

This property is in a great location, very walkable to anywhere. Very close to MGM Grand, Starbucks located in adjacent tower. Would definitely stay here again!

Place wasn’t very clean, faucet handle broken. Pull out bed old and uncomfortable. It would be great if it was remodeled with two queen beds. Plenty of room for that.

On our last night I happen to pull the top sheet and the comforter had hot pink lipstick on it, which was not mine there was also a little blood marks on the comforter it was really really disgusting. Rooms were OK. Nice size nice little kitchenette carpet was yucky and stained nasty and so is the bench at the end of the bed. I don’t think I’ll be staying in this hotel ever again.

This is my second time at Mark place. I loved the room, the excellent view, right next to elevator, the check in check out process it’s so smooth. Every body it’s so nice. First time was my 25th wedd aniversary. And this time we come to celebrate my 30th. Thanks Mark.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying at the MGM Signature Residences. Great location and the unit was clean. My only negative comment is that I wish Tower 3 had a food and coffee option within the tower. We had to go to Tower 2 and Tower 1 for snacks and coffee.

Midweek stay to see U2 at the sphere

We had a great stay at the MGM Signature. The host was very helpful and communicative. The unit was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the sphere. We'll definitely be back.

Great, clean, and quiet stay. I enjoyed the bed, the massive jacuzzi tub and wide shower. The convenience of the fridge saved money since we bought snacks and liquor. Plus leftovers were able to be stored and kept. I loved that you had dishes and silverware as this is often missed at traditional hotels. I appreciated everything was thought through. Lovely view from our room. Parking was probably the one thing we had a few difficulties with as we came back a few nights late and the entrance to Tower 3 was blocked off. Other than that, absolutely beautiful! I’d stay again. Thank you.

Good Location

This room in the MGM Signature towers was a convenient spot to stay for me and my son. Easy access to TopGolf, the MGM pool and Monorail. After we discovered the construction for the upcoming F1 race made walking to the Strip via the street (Harmon Ave.) a little tricky, we opted to use the walkway through the towers/MGM Hotel. Traffic delays due to the road construction added 10-15 minutes to each Lyft/shuttle trip, so plan ahead. The construction is temporary, so that part of this review hopefully will not be applicable after the race in November 2023.

I'm live in Charlotte, NC and have enjoyed visiting Las Vegas since my first visit in 1987 (stayed at the Dunes which is approximately where the Bellagio Fountains are now!). I have 3 properties at Signature on VRBO (listings 344994 & 425161) and a beach property in Holden Beach, NC (listing 751993).

In 2010 I closed on a 23rd floor strip side unit, also in tower 3, that was a short sale. I've had good experience renting it through VRBO, so while the market is still under valued I purchased this strip side unit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view from the strip side of tower 3 is the best Signature offers. Because of Harmon Avenue below, there is a perfect view of the new City Center Complex, The Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood. To the north there are clear views of Paris, Bally's, Flamingo, Venetian, Wynn, Encore and the Stratosphere from the floor to ceiling glass. While tower 3 is the farthest from the MGM complex, it is connected by climate controlled walkway with moving sidewalks so it's only a 3-5 minute walk from the Tower 3 lobby to the MGM Studio Walk depending on your pace. In addition, being right off Harmon avenue, it is a short walk out the front gates at Signature down the street to the PH Westgate Tower where you can enter that property and be right in the Planet Hollywood miracle mile shops. Walking through there and the main Planet Hollywood casino will place you on the strip right across from Bellagio and adjacent to The Paris!

Personally I use the onsite exercise room daily, and the free wireless internet for my guests is widely appreciated (there is nothing worse than having to pay $15-20 to check your e-mail!)

Each of the 3 Signature towers has a pool and hot tubs. The pool in the middle (at tower 2) is heated year round at 85 degrees and gets plenty of winter time use. Guests can also use the very nice MGM pool during season at no cost.

The hot tubs are operational year round, including of course the ones at the tower 3 pool, and are nice in the colder months.
