Perfect Family Home!

The Whitney was such a nice experience for us! It was close to stores, near my Dad's home and had everything we needed to have a comforatble stay. The Homeowner was very responsive and the check in was easy. We would definitely stay there again and we would highly recommend Wimmer to our family and friends.

North Carolina

Excellent property to host large gatherings. We had sometimes 9 to 10 , everyone had plenty of room to have their own space and privacy also. Cleanliness was top notch. Neighborhood was clean, quiet, and the pride the took in their homes was evident..... A little cool to utilize the pool, however we did enjoy the nice sized table in yard. Rooms are cozy, plenty of comfy beds. We used the gaming area nightly! Communication was above expectation, Ms. Wimmer is congenial, soft spoken , and concise. Yes! We will be booking her soon!

Cockroaches everywhere!!! Beware!!!

We were at the property a total of 2 hours before there were cockroaches all over our luggage. Luckily we did not unpack yet and we were able to grab our things and get out. The host refused to be helpful or understanding stating that all 4 of her properties have cockroaches. She was unbelievably rude and just expected us to sleep there with cockroaches running across our faces. We asked for at least a 50% refund since we only stayed 2 hours of the total 4 nights we booked and she wouldn’t even give us that. I would highly advise against this property and property owner as she has admitted to cockroach infestation in all her properties.

Hi Lauren, this is a VERY unfair review. You saw ONE cockroach in the house and ONE outside on the driveway. It is the middle of summer in Fayetteville, NC. Cockroaches are inevitable even in the nicest houses. We spray our house, crawl space, and yard every single month but we still get one or two in the house. I understand they are very unpleasant but I did offer to have my cleaner come remove the cockroach and you would not have a conversation with me about it. Instead you packed up and left before we could talk.
