This 3-bedroom ground floor condo offers loads of space and is one of the closest buildings to the main gate within the Pacifico development.  Easy access to the pool and poolside bar & grill right from your patio, plus quick access to the pedestrian gate.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Situated right on the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, and a children's play area. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport, near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! ⁣

Guests have full, private access to the condo and patio/balcony. Community amenities are shared with other guests.

The condo opens to a large, well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4.  You can also serve up a meal in the dining area, with seating for 6.  The dining space flows into the large living area with a flat-screen TV and access to the large, covered porch.  The outdoor space has a dining table for 4 and a conversation set making it a great lounge space.  Enjoy relaxing in the shade or evening games night.  Surrounded by large palm trees, the porch feels like a private haven with the cool ocean breeze giving respite from the tropical sun.

Back inside, the principal bedroom sits just off the living space and also has direct access to the covered porch.  It has a comfortable king bed, and a desk, perfect for remote workers.  The spacious ensuite bathroom has two sinks, a large shower, and a walk-in closet.

Separated from the principal bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms are accessed down a hallway from the kitchen.  The floorplan is great for guests that want to have some space between sleeping quarters.  The first bedroom also has a king bed and the second has a queen bed.  Both rooms have ample clothes storage and closet space.  These bedrooms share a 3-piece bathroom with a large shower.  The unit also has a stackable washer/dryer.

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building.  It’s also a very walkable location!  You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service.

All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.
