Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out, and that you enjoyed the location, the complex, and how well equipped the unit is. We do wish we knew what might have kept the stay from being a 5-star experience, as no issues were shared with our team during your visit - aside from an area internet outage that was not isolated to the condo. We’re always happy to receive feedback and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thanks, Gail! It was a pleasure to host you and assist during your stay! Pura Vida!

Thank you for taking the time to share detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the area. We do want to note that our team is available throughout every stay and encourages guests to reach out as soon as anything is not right. Many of the items mentioned could have been addressed or replaced promptly had we been made aware during the stay, as demonstrated when additional glassware was delivered right away. That said, we appreciate you outlining these concerns, as they allow us to review the unit more thoroughly and prioritize maintenance and updates where needed. Guest feedback like this helps us improve, and we regret that these issues impacted your overall impression.

Thanks for your 5* review, Dan. We are glad to read you enjoyed your stay. We do want to clarify that we provide a DIGITAL Welcome Guide with everything a guest needs for their stay including the pools rules, Beach Club shuttle stop locations & schedule, a map of the development, our custom area map, a link to our tour offerings, details about the condo, and more. The link to this guide is sent a minimum of 3 times to guests, including right at the time of booking. Providing the guide in a digital format allows us to quickly update the information so that guests always have the most up to day information. Most guests find this guide very informative. Also of note, the Pacifico Beach Club changed their fee structure on March 1, 2025 without notice to us. Our listings and Digital Welcome Guide have all since been updated to reflect the current fee structure, but we appreciate that some guests that booked before this change may have found this confusing. We appreciate your feedback and are updating our check-in instructions to clarify this for future guests. Pura Vida!

Thank you so much for taking to the time to share your experience with others, Richard! It was a pleasure to host your group. Pura Vida!

Thanks so much for your feedback and your 5* review, Shawna! We apologize about the light. :( It wasn't clear that the dripping (likely from the A/C unit) had any impact on that light, else we would have repaired right away. We appreciate your feedback on the knives and frying pans and will be replacing those! Pura Vida!
