Don’t be fooled by the photos listed for this rental. To be fair, the photos show the spaces, some of the finishes and the furniture correctly, it is what they do not show that makes this rental one to stay away from. Starting on the outside of the property, it has simply had no maintenance. The yard was weeks overgrown, 2 junk cars and a camper were parked behind the property, and due to heavy rains while we were there, we had to walk through several inches of water on the uneven front walk to the front door. Also to be noted is that the tile used on the back steps kept them slippery and dangerous for our stay.
Inside, the home was not clean and the bathrooms were especially filthy. 3 of the beds had only a fitted sheet, pillows, and one blanket on them, the 4th had no sheets, pillows or blankets to be found. Also, the downstairs bedroom is listed as having 2 double beds when there was a single bed with a trundle bed underneath. There were no towels in the kitchen, and only 4 bath towels left for our use. The shared laundry space would have been fine if it had not been filthy and filled with junk. I, unfortunately, had to find towels (that were stained) and blankets for my family to use in this space.
As for the quiet room between the 2 rental spaces, I cannot see how it possibly existed. There was simply a locked interior door between the 2 spaces, which was uncomfortable when we realized we could clearly hear all that was happening in the second space, and even wo
