Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod getaway! This bright and comfortable 2 bedroom home is the perfect place to see all that the Cape has to offer. Centrally located, and with easy access to major routes to travel wherever you choose. New furniture, beds, and kitchen appliances. Beds are made, all linens and towels provided, and NO CLEANING FEE! Yay! New Central A/C affords a cool comfortable escape from those occasional hot and muggy days.
Do you have an electric car or a hybrid? I have a new level 2 electric car charger for your use, with no extra fee! Just plug it in, within a short time, you can be ready to get going once again. No waiting in line at the gas station. Compatible with all models, but bring your adapter if you own a Tesla.
In the fenced back yard, you'll find a lovely gazebo—perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying a glass of wine, or unwinding with a good book. The new gas grill has ample space for your juicy steaks, burgers or chicken.
Or throw a couple Italian sausages in the crock pot with some sauce, and your dinner will be ready when you get back from the beach!
Whether you’re enjoying a sunset at the beach or a fresh seafood dinner at a local restaurant, this home allows you to experience Cape Cod in comfort and within budget.

All bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs are provided. All beds are made when you arrive, and you can leave them as is when you go, just like in a hotel. Hair dryer, bottled liquid soap and shampoos also provided. Coffee, tea , and creamers/sugar. Iron, ironing board. I have been living on the Cape for over 38 years, and renting here for over 17, so know your hard earned money isn't going to a corporation. No pets - no exceptions. No smoking in or out. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen and living room were large with plenty of room and lots of games and comfort items. Access to the house was easy. The beds were comfortable. We really felt at home there. The only issue we had was the washer/dryer in the bedroom and the small bathroom. This was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located in middle of Harwich. Owner provides for all your needs!

Would highly recommend ! Owner is very accommodating and provides good communication before arrival. Beds were very comfortable . Bathroom could be updated or shower curtain replaced . Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house in a perfect location

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We were in town to watch our son play baseball and this house was perfectly located for all the venues. We never drove more than 15-20 miles for all of our games/beaches/shopping/exploring. Everything was exactly as Aleta described and the beds were super comfortable. I hope we get a chance to stay here again!

What a cute cottage in Harwich. Was the perfect size for two vintage women exploring Cape Cod. Recommend parking around back when you arrive - be sure to check out the local places to eat, we enjoyed!

Family weekend

The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and cozy. The velvet bedspreads and faux fur throws were a really nice touch for a fall stay. It was very bright inside with lots of natural light and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and whatever you would need to prepare a meal. Aleta was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. The house is in a great location in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Aleta!

Convenient & cozy

The location is convenient for access to anywhere on the cape. It's off a busy road, but it was not noisy at night. The house is cute with nice furnishings and thoughtful touches for guests. My husband and I were very comfortable there, and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. Inside is well kept with new appliances. Owner provides a lot of the small things(dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc..) which helps when traveling. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning for some exercise. Restaurants and shopping not too far. It was a great week.

Relaxing week

Lovely two bedroom cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable week. Convenient to several good restaurants, easy access to route 6, and quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed in terms of cooking and serving was provided. House was very clean and comfortable and has both heat and air conditioning. I highly recommend it for 2-4 people. We had a very relaxing and comfortable week there.

Took advantage of walking paths and beaches in several places on the National Seashore and Audubon Sanctuary in Welfleet. Enjoy two wonderful restaurants in the area.

A Quiet Retreat

Our stay in Harwich was for a couple days and it was a wonderful and stress free time. The hostess was one of the best, she was very friendly and informative! She provided a great amount of detail regarding the various features of the house before our arrival. Additionally, giving us detailed directions on getting there and which roads to lookout for. She could be easily reached via phone number and the Vrbo app. The home itself is quite cozy and warm. It has that Cape Cod feeling but with a hint of contemporary, with the rooms being decorated with beautiful artwork. There were little notes around the house that helped us find what we needed and how things are to be left which was very helpful. There were plenty of places to visit nearby and explore such as museums, parks and antique stores. Overall it was a great stay regardless of the rain that came our way. I would recommend this place for couples that wish to stay on the cape and explore the areas around.

I live here on Cape Cod, and I am a wildlife & floral artist. I have been renting to summer visitors for 17 years, both this house and another one I owned in Brewster, which I just sold. My family came to the Cape in 1964, after vacationing here since the 1940's. This was my Great Grandmother's house. I am the 4th generation to own this house.

This is a safe and friendly neighborhood. Most of the residents live there year round, and are teachers, plumbers, bookeepers etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Very conveniently located, bright and comfortable. I furnished this house from the ground up - none of those old recliners or 1960's -70's leftover furniture in here. As an artist, I am very visual. I made sure everything looks nice and creates a comfortable atmosphere for my guests.
