Thank you for your review. Sorry your stay was less than perfect. We state very clearly what is and is not included. We do not charge a cleaning fee but we do have to charge a linen fee or you can bring your own. If we hired a service to clean and do linens, the cost would be at least $135.00 which would be passed on to you. When I asked you if all was ok, you seemed quite happy and did not mention anything wrong. The cottage is now rented for the whole season to the same couple who come back every year. I will check with them about the items you mentioned but I don't expect any issues. They love the simple peace and quiet of the cottage and do not need frills. If you choose to return to Daffodil Cottages, please let us know while you are here if you have any complaints. We will do all we can to accommodate you.

We could have easily added an additional bath mat for you. There is a rack for drying clothes in the closet that can be put outside in the sun. Thank you for your stay.
