Very clean. Manager showed us how to use everything. Loved the private rooftop patio. Gave us a map and showed us where the metro and grocery stores were - very helpful.

Sehr angnehme Wohnung

Sehr sauber nur die Terrasse könnte noch sauberer sein. Der Ofen hatte einen technischen Defekt es scheinen Teile leicht unter Strom zu stehen, dass wurde aber an die Besitzer weitergegeben. Ansonsten hat man eine sehr tolle Aussicht und insgesamt ist es sehr entspannend.

Good location, clean, roomy ann is d quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the location is in controlled entry building front desk man was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, near La Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi buildings as well as easy access to 2 metro stations. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Apartment very roomy for two adults and would work for a family of 4. The outdoor patio was great for afternoon wine a snack and/or home cooked meal. The busy street could not be heard from the bedroom and being on the upper level it was very quiet. Barcelona was terrific , apt is also close to markets, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend to those who enjoy Apartments more then hotels.

Well located and quiet

We wanted a quiet apartment and it was, even if we were on a main car traffic street. The balcony was a good place to relax and the bedroom, located in the back, was very quiet. Valentina was very welcoming and communicated well with us before our arrival. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend the condo for people who want to be close to tourist areas and points of interest. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment, convenient location, quiet

In residential neighborhood away from the crowds. 10 minute walk to Familia Sagrada. 30 minute walk to Placa Cataluna. 30 minute bus ride to beach. Taxi very accessible. Metro 10 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and in good condition. Bed very comfortable. Terrace with nice view property is in good shape. WiFi reliable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice apartment, great location!

The Attic apartment in Eixample was very nice. Located in a very nice, secure apt. building with an elevator. It was plenty big enough for 2 people and the private terrace was very convenient (although the weather was a tad cool and windy while were there.) Great location, short walks (~10 min) to Sagrada Famiglia and the Metro (the Metro system is excellent). The neighborhood itself is pretty commercial with lots of traffic but the bedroom is in the back of the apt, so there was no street noise to affect sleep. The kitchen is tiny, but very adequate for tourists; coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, good size fridge. The landlord provides a binder full of excellent info on how get around, some good tips for markets, restaurants close by, etc. There are not a whole lot of (good) restaurants very near the apt. but we did find a very good tapas place within a 5 min walk - just around the corner, really. A couple of minuses: 1. The couch (futon, really) is not so comfortable and it would be a good thing to replace. A minor concern, for sure. 2. In order to get hot water for the shower, it was necessary to run the hot water in the kitchen sink and wait several (at least 5) minutes for the water to heat up. The on demand water heater is located in the kitchen and the water has to travel a good distance to get to the bathroom. The shower itself is very European - very small - and the water pressure quite weak. Not a disaster, but not quite optimum. On balance, I would recommend the apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Convient location with helpful host

The flat is within 10 min walk to the metro station and bus stops. Our host representative was helpful and the owner left a booklet of information on traveling within Barcelona and places to eat. The flat is as shown on photos, except older, especially the shower. The kitchen is equipped to cook a simple meal and there are many small markets nearby. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

Great Apartment

Apartment was clean. Your typical European apartment with a tiny kitchen (functional) and low water pressure in the shower. We walked to many places or taxied or rode the metro. Easy to get around town. We made a few meals in the kitchen.

Wonderful place to stay

Great place to stay willing touring Barcelona. Quiet area and close to the Metro for easy access around Barcelona. There are numerous supermarkets in the area so it is easy to get what you need to prepare your own meals if you want. My wife and I stayed here for 6 days in December 2016. Apartment was clean and well kept and the terrace was a very nice area. Checking in went fast and everything was explained very well. Two small items to be looked at. First, I think a new coffee maker might be needed. Didn't really get a hot cup of coffee from it. Second, stronger water pressure for the shower head would be beneficial. Hard to get the shampoo out of your hair. Numerous guide books in the room and a few coupon books to help plan your days. Overall the place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again.

Appartement fonctionnel

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en août dans cet appartement fonctionnel, propre bien situé près de la Sagrada Familia et son métro et la station Monumental. Facile pour se déplacer et visiter. Commerces tout autour même si en août pas mal de choses étaient fermées. A savoir tout de même que la rue Arrago est une avenue à 6 voies rapides. Heureusement , le fait d'être au 9ème étage atténue le bruit. Par contre pas de bruit la nuit. Valentina qui s'est occupée de nous remettre les clés est très serviable et très réactive. Nous sommes contents de ce séjour!

Amazing views

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights to begin our 6 week Spanish Vacation. The views are amazing and you are close to everything. We walked everywhere and saw quite a bit while we were there. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a comfortable and nice place in Barcelona with a amazing view. Francesca was very helpful with any information and quick to respond.

Nous reviendrons!

C'est une nouvelle fois avec autant de plaisir que nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement. Eté comme hiver, on s'y sent très à l'aise; la vue du terrasse toujours superbe, et le quartier très sympathique et très animé. C'est tout aussi agréable pour les enfants, notre petit-fils de 6 ans a été ravi de son séjour, hélas trop court....

Nous avons habité cet appartement et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Sa situation dans Barcelone est parfaite, l'appartement est fonctionnel et très propre, très agréable a vivre , couleurs fraiches , très clair, bien équipé , il a été notre nid pendant 1 semaine. Nous avons grandement apprécié la terrasse pour prendre une pause apéro!!!! Nous sommes revenus enchantés de notre séjour.

Large, Airy and Great Views

The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything there that was needed including a lift. The apartment is Located in an Sagrada Familia area which has a Metro station and a Market called "Concepcio" which has all the shops that you need located not too far away from the apartment. There is a bakery, supermarket, taverna and mini markets located just a few minutes walk away from the apartment as well as a play park and indoor soft play area for the children. We hope to get back there again next year as our stay there was pleasant and the price of the apartment was good for the quality and amenities close by.

We loved it

My wife and I just returned home from Barcelona and I went on line to provide a review of this stunning apartment which we rented for a week. I was planning to write a lengthy review, but in reading past reviews i realized that doing so would be redundant. I really cant say strongly enough how wonderful the help and assistance we received from both the owner and his helper was as we tried to prepare for the trip. The apartment photos are entirely accurate. We frankly did not think the apartment could be as nice as it looked in the pictures, but it was at least that nice. The apartment was clean as a pin when we arrived and we tried to leave it that way when we left for home. The area around the apt, as other reviewers have mentioned, is filled with bakeries, butcher shops, small supermarkets, a pharmacy and restaurants. The metro was 2 block walk. Overall our apt was exceptonal in every respect!

Very good experience

I stayed in the “ATTIC VIEWS” for a week’s vacation. This is a real find! It is roomy, comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. It is beautiful! The apartment is fully equipped with large bathroom, living/dining room, big bedroom and a very nice terrace. From the quick and informative response I received when I first sent an email inquiring about the apartment, to our last day in Barcelona, everything was perfect! As you walk into the foyer, you are struck by the beauty of the place, and anticipate what awaits you just beyond your apartment door! I should also add there was always a pleasant and fresh aroma when you walked into the building. We entered a beautifully decorated hallway with a lovely mirror, to the left was the exquisite, yet very functional bathroom, and to the right you entered into the lovely, well-equipped and comfortable living area. The owner has a real knack for decorating and pays so much attention to detail. Apart from being a picture-perfect haven, the apartment was also clean, comfortable cozy, safe and very practical. The neighborhood has more of a local feel than a touristy feel. This is what we wanted, and that is what we got! As there is a lot of site-seeing to be done in the center of Barcelona, it was always a pleasure to come back to our beautiful and comfortable apartment at the end of the day! I am a single, professional female who travels several times a year to Barcelona for both work and holiday and I have stayed in many different short-term rental apartments throughout the city but no place has ever come anywhere close to the loveliness, cleanliness, safety or convenience of this apartment. Unlike most other holiday rental apartments in Barcelona, there are no hidden costs for energy usage, taxes, provision of sheets/towels, etc.

ATTIC VIEWS

We stayed at Attic Views for 4 nights it’s in a wonderful position close to all transport links to the sights of Barcelona. The apartment was immaculate with a wonderful outside terrace on which we enjoyed our breakfast and at the end of a busy day a glass of wine. The access to the apartment was as arranged with the owner on time and all my enquiries were answered quickly.

Very good rental experience

My family and I recently returned from our vacation in Barcelona and we were very pleased with the apartment and the rental experience. Regarding the apartment we found it to be very neat, well equipped and modern. Now if you are an experienced European traveller you will find the apartment to be rather large by European standards. If you have never travelled to Europe you must realize that this is not USA! We are a family of 3 with a teenage daughter and we found the apartment to much more comfortable than a hotel room. The apartment had everything, including a washing machine and a full kitchen. It was located near shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated; the photos on the website are accurate but don't do the apartment justice once you walk inside. In easy walking distance to all of Barcelona's attractions. We saw all the major sights in 4 short days; slept very comfortably every night. I would highly recommend this apartment to any of my friends or family, or to anyone looking for a little bit of space in a beautiful apartment. We have had a wonderful stay and we would love to return!

Appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement (2 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge) et nous avons été très satisfaits. A l'avenir, je n'irai plus à l'hotel quand je viendrai à Barcelone :-) Nous avons laissé notre voiture dans le parking couvert et proche et n'avons circulé qu'à pied. A proximité, il y a un marché couvert (Mercat de la Concepció) ouvert tous les jours sauf le dimanche où on trouve de très bons produits frais. L'appartement est propre, dispose d´un accès internet wi-fi, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, l'accès à la terrasse est un véritable plus, qui permet de se ressourcer après avoir arpenté les rues du Barcelone, notre fils s´y est bien amusé. Appartement rénové avec jolie décoration, très bien situé et très fonctionnel; il est dans un état impeccable, il ne manque rien et l'on s'y sent instantanément comme chez soi. Transports et tous commerces à proximité, le quartier est bien calme. Je conseille vivement cet appartement situé pour une visite de Barcelone.

Alles war perfekt

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in Barcelona in der wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten viel Platz. Großzügige und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem Traum an Terasse. Das Ganze in günstiger Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung! Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut, da sich direkt vor dem Haus Haltestellen für Bus und Metro befinden. Durch die zentrale Lage kann man einige Sehenswürdigkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt gibt es Lebensmittel und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!

Sole e tranquillitá

Quando siamo arrivati siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla luce di questo attico, ogni stanza é di grandi dimensioni, pulita e con una splendida luce naturale. La terrazza gode di una vista privilegiata sullaTorre Agbar (nuovo simbolo di Barcellona). Il supermercato é proprio a pochi passi, cosí come la metropolitana e la fermata del bus turistico a due piani. Tutta la biancheria era nuova, cosí come l'appartamento che sembrava appena pitturato. Lo consiglio vivamente agli amanti della luce, dell'aria e dei grandi spazi.

Wir werden wiederkommen… nie mehr Hotel!!!

Alles ist sehr sauber gemütlich und praktisch. Es gibt alles was man brauchen kann. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem hervorragend ausgestatteten und sehr ruhigen Appartment war wieder einmal gelungen. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, ist aber mitten in einem der lebendigsten Viertel von Barcelona. Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
