Also located on the main floor of this home is a Primary Suite with King size bed, 55” tv, and a beautiful tile walk-in shower. As well as an ensuite with its own King size bed, 55” tv, and full bath. It also includes a guest bathroom, and a full-size laundry/mud room with a washer & dryer. This main level is finished off with a large partially screened in deck and outdoor furniture all overlooking the Dix River.

The Lower Level/Basement:
This level is every family’s dream. Featuring a large movie theater room with 100” projector screen with projector and 5 reclining LED lit theater chairs. This level also has a Bourbon Bar, built in ice machine, Skee-Ball table, and slot machine for entertainment. A nice electric gas fireplace and a 65” tv. As well as the gym that features a treadmill, workout weights and bench. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and 55” tv. And there is even a fun bunk bedroom for the kids. This room has a full-size double bunk bed with attached twin size trundle that pulls out for extra sleeping and a 55” tv. Out on the patio there is a large 7-person hot tub with waterfall, and lots of jets. So, you can relax while you overlook the amazing views of the river. Also, a charcoal grill for your outdoor cooking needs. There is also a nice size fire pit with large rock seating around it close to the water.

Guests have FULL access to the entire house EXCEPT for one small storage room in the basement (off of the theater room) and the garage. Guest also have access to our entire property outside (2+ acres). Perfect for walking to the river and fishing off OUR property on the nice beautiful summer days.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that unfortunately, the HOA (Homeowners Association) does NOT allow guest access to the neighborhood boat ramp, floating dock, pavilion or the playground next-door. Please stay on OUR property at ALL TIMES!! And swim at your own risk in the river. It is a river so there is a current at pretty much moves at all times.
